Ordered a polo top in July 25 still not received in January 26 I have sent several emails just keep getting fobbed off disgraceful company

Shockingly bad.
Ordered 2 tops, after chasing up they advised delayed.. after months they still said the same.. they advised a refund was not possible even though they had no date of a delivery. It appears they were constantly doing this to customers. I contacted my credit card company who advised me to do a chargeback. Arden Clarke immediately requested I cancelled it, this is due to them being highlighted in business of how they are running. They advised as soon as I cancelled the chargeback they would refund me.. funny how they said not possible before after several attempts of asking.
I got the refund from my credit card company and they will take up the chargeback directly with Arden Clarke..

A warning to others, do not use this company as have no intention of sending you any good.

Appalling ordered not knowing that company was in china item did not arrive contacted customer support and they fobbed me off three times since July

Please do not order from this company. I have been waiting 2 months for my order and have had no news on when it will be delivered. Every time I email them to enquire they give me no information on when it will be delivered or why the order is delayed. I have requested a refund and be told I can not get a refund but I can send back and request this when or if it is ever delivered. This company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordered from this organisation 10 / 11 weeks ago - items not yet received . Contacted customer service on several occasions and answer is just the same “ we are looking into it “ well that doesn’t solve the issue . Never buy from this company again . They are currently advertising sake items well it just means you pay less to be ripped off . If I could have given zero or even negative star rating I would have !

Total scam, don’t expect any goods to be delivered. AI driven responses to chasing, total rip off.

As per the other reviews, Ai automated email responses.
Saying they can not offer a refund even though they have not delivered after 6 weeks.
Do NOT place any orders with these.
They are now currently getting looked into on legal matters and should not be trading.

A total scam site. Do not use. I ordered a polo shirt from these grifters using a Facebook link and it never arrived. Chased it multiple times buts it’s clear I will never see the item or get my money back. The website looks plausible but this is designed to suck you in. Once bitten twice shy. Avoid at all costs

This is a SCAM site. They claim to have over 1400 Trustpilot reviews which as you can see is not true.

They don't deliver the goods and have an Ai bot which repsonds quickly to queries but keeps fobbing you off.
They don't give refunds. I lost my money.

I have been waiting a month for my delivery, whenever I check the tracking number there is never an update to say it’s even in transit.
It’s now obviously a scam as I emailed customer services on several occasions and never really been given an answer to when by order will arrive.
I have asked for the order to be cancelled and reimbursement of my money , but have been told the only way to get my money back is to return the items once delivered.
So it’s likely I have lost my money , please beware of ordering anything from this company.

Ordered goods nearly 2 weeks ago and no sign of delivery. Their website is full of trust pilot reviews but I couldn't see any review on the actual Trustpilot website, which is why this is currently the only review you will see on Trustpilot. It must be a scam. Be VERY, VERY wary of buying anything from this business. I suspect I will never see my purchase or my money again
