Still haven't received my order after 4 weeks, no tracking number provided and no replies to my emails. Really poor experience and frustrating that I can't get through to anyone. I have purchased from them before and delivery was slow but not this slow!

Ordered some trousers which took 8 days to arrive. Not too ad at this point but be aware they ship from China.

Trousers did not fit and I let them know within 4 days. The last two weeks have now been a quite ridiculous conversation, where they begin each email with:

They do not read your emails, because they have offered me 4 different levels of refund, up to 40% at this point. I could not be more clear that I want to return the trousers, but each time I get another pointless offer. In my last two emails I have taken to listing out levels of refund that I don't want but even that isn't getting through.

It seems very strange to me that they seem so keen to not have them returned.

Alden and Ash, I don't want your shoddy trousers, send me the return instructions so I can get them out of my house.

Just don’t … terrible quality and terrible customer service.

Oh my days, honestly the worst retailer I have ever purchased from.

Purchased an item which turned up after 8 weeks and was utterly disappointed. The material was extremely cheap and the sizing was completely off. I then reached out to arrange a return and refund and after a week of chasing, was told that it could not be refunded because the item was on sale (which I was unaware of as it was still £60). I then responded instantly to then request a different size and so far, I have been waiting 2 weeks for a response.

STEER CLEAR!

This website is a complete scam. Ordered good in October 2024 and didn't arrive when it said it would. I gave them multiple opportunities to rectify the situation and after receding numerous emails "apologising" about the delay still came to nothing. I can only advise to avoid at all costs and I have started a claim against the company as thankfully I used a credit card to pay for the goods.

After 2 MONTHS my package hasent been shipped yet, every time i contact custumer service i get a copy pasted german respone. HORRIBLE experience.

The worst service and company to ever exist. It’s been 40 days since I ordered and still hasn’t arrived. I used klarna and luckily I reported on time and they solve my invoice. But now the company Ardent & ash threatens me to take it to legal actions. I haven’t received my order and I have multiple of proof. When I contact the company, it takes long to get a response and it seems like an automated answer system.

Don’t ever buy anything from this webside, it’s a complete SCAM! I’ve been waiting on my item for over 7 weeks. They only anwer with an automatic response system. I’ve tried to get a refund on my purchase for 4 weeks, and they refuse/don’t answer. You won’t see as much as a shadow of your item, don’t Ever buy from this shitty webshop.
I regret I didn’t check trustpilot first.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with your company. You told me, so kindly, that my package was on its way, but it turns out that this was a complete lie. It’s bad enough that I’ve been misled, but your lack of transparency and honesty has only made this situation worse.

You’ve awoken a monster with your unprofessional behavior. I have never experienced such terrible service before, and I feel completely deceived. The way your company has handled this is unacceptable, and I can’t stress enough how angry and let down I am.

I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid buying from your company. The worst experience I’ve ever had, and I sincerely hope your company faces the consequences of its actions. If I had my way, I would do everything in my power to ensure no one else falls victim to your lies.

I wish your company would be banned, and I hope this serves as a wake-up call to you.

I have waited 3 weeks and i got something i didnt expected. Bad quality, damaged and also nothing match photos. Now im crossing my fingers to get a refound.

The jackets are from TEMU/SHEIN and are the worst shit!
I bought via KLARNA and KLARNA is now involved in the matter with the company.
They demand that you pay €14.95 to send back!
Stay away - really bad company!!

This is a shame. I've seen many people/ friends get scammed of their money by this. People offer their things and get them in a bad shape in 1 month or maybe even never. I don't recommend this. Dont think your a good brand.

The clothes that arrived did not match photos, did not fit well, baggy & out of shape, poorly made, terrible quality ..also sent wrong size, after I complained was told my items were not suitable for refund as discounted (they were not) one email was just gibberish & had to ask them what they meant.
They said I could swap the wrong sized product for “a donation of £14.
When I said that was unacceptable they refunded me £12.00 out of £86 ..I was happy to return items but never gave me instructions how too ..have photographic evidence of email chain & poor clothing quality …stay well away from them
They replied to this review by asking me to reach out by email ..I already did & it was a terrible experience, & have read similar reviews to mine since then.

jacket I bought was WAY different than advertised on the website. it's an absolute sham.

I do not recommend buying anything from this website. The photos displayed under the products are not real. When I received the product, I was convinced of this. I wanted to return the product, but I received several responses that ignored my request to return it. After many emails, I was informed that products on sale are not eligible for returns. On the website, everything is on sale, so after buying and wanting to return, you will not be able to get your money back at all.

Avoid this scam at all costs! They present themselves as a reputable brand that values customers, but in reality, they resell items from Temu at four times the original price. My trousers took three weeks to arrive from China and looked nothing like the pictures. When I tried to return them, they responded in German, claiming they couldn’t accept the return because the item was on sale — even though it wasn’t. Absolutely appalling experience!

Bought a Cable Knit Shirt from here, it shows up being nowhere near a size Small, it's made of a very thin and poor fabric, and just feels badly made overall.

Worst of everything is they aren't allowing me to return the item. The customer support for some reason keeps emailing me back in Germany, so I have to translate it all. And support is lying telling me that it can't be returned because it's a clearance item, despite the item NOT being on clearance, and their return policy NEVER SAYING that they don't accept returns on clearance items.

Seriously, don't buy anything from this terrible store. I've never dealt with such a rude customer support and them blatantly lying to steal my money.
