Total scam !!! Do not buy! Products come from china! They do not answer the phone listed on the site. Try and email and wait forever. I’m trying to return two pairs of sandals that are so small and ugly! Nothing like they advertise. BUYER YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!stick to brands you know.

First of all, I don't believe any of the good reviews for this company. They are deceptive; apparently, they sent for the items I ordered out of the country. When I finally received the sandals, I was shocked by the poor quality of the materials. I immediately contacted the company via email since they do not answer the phone number listed on their website. I explained that I wanted to return the sandals and receive the refund I was due as per the policy posted on their website. They proceeded to negotiate with me, first offering me a replacement pair, which I refused. Then, when I reminded them of the return policy on their website, they offered me 50% of the refund due to keep the sandals, which I also refused. I suspect that this company does not have a presence in the US as they refuse to send a return address. Buyer beware!

I have been trying to contact this company about an order that I placed and have not received. I have called them 3 times and I have tried emailing but have gotten no response. My credit card has been debited for the amount of the sandals I ordered. Have I been scammed?

Quality items based on unfussy but distinguishable designs. They were superbly packaged with a personalized note. Nice touch. Fit is close to the body and tapered as clearly outlined on their site. Tops are comfortable and promote ease of movement. Size up for a looser fit. Can't wait to see where Ardour can go and will be following them keenly as the garments are top notch.
