I ordered a 1 month Amazon Prime subscription because they advertised a 24 hour guaranteed delivery time. That guarantee was the reason I chose them over other sellers.

More than 3 days later I still hadn’t received it.

I was told there were supplier issues which I understand can happen. But as a customer that’s not really my concern. If you’re advertising a 24 hour guarantee then you should be able to deliver on it or be upfront when you can’t.

The money isn’t even the issue. The subscription was cheap. What annoyed me was the time I lost waiting. I could have ordered from somewhere else and had it days earlier but I trusted the guarantee and waited.

In the end I didn’t receive what I paid for within the timeframe that was promised. Disappointing experience and not one I’d recommend.

really bad i bought prime subscription them and the est delivery time was 2 to 4 hours they took 24 hours to deliver also when i tired to login it wanted a code they took another 6 hours to give me the code i wanted two code so i could login on two devices they didnt give me straight up denied it also no sorry no ntg for the late service

The website seems trustworthy and offers good prices, which is a big plus. However, their order processing is disappointing. After placing an order, they don’t check or start it on time—I had to contact them myself to get it moving.

They eventually delivered the product in 2–3 hours, but that’s not acceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to chase support just to get their order processed.

Overall, it’s reliable in terms of pricing and trust, but they seriously need to improve their response time and stick to their promised delivery schedule.

Definitely 5 star. While other shops were delaying to respond, ACS replied immediately in whatsapp. They are fast. Even though it's my first time buying from them, i would surely approach them in the future.
