Now, let's talk about customer support, professionalism, performance, cost, and (service / completion) quality.

Customer Support - We have the site chat widget provided by WIX. This directly links us into contact with the owner of the site and any boosters currently monitoring the panel-side of the widget. Overall, the response time is quite fast, as you'd expect most of these sites to run. 5/5.

As for professionalism, well, there is strong communication. I'm going to assume it's mostly English - US, but that's just based on my own assumption. I could be wrong. The boosters are openly-communicated and tend to speak personally how they wish. Which is not by any means a bad thing, as it is quite personal and has the strong means to build a comfortable environment between client and booster. However, some may see this as bad presentation (subjectively). 4/5.

PERFORMANCE. Performance is great. Once you start there is no stopping. They may change the team composition to ensure an easier flow, but that's definitely a good thing. Any losses are made up with wins so you reach your intended goal inevitably.
Not much else to say. It's just great. 5/5.

Cost... yay. What everyone looks at before making a decision. Of course, some people don't really care as long as it's under a certain amount and can see a real outcome. For others, it's quite daunting to spend this much money. Now, the site is definitely on market price. In fact, it's quite lower than some sites (not going to list them), and is slightly higher (few USD) than a very select few of alternatives. 4/5.

Lastly, we have QUALITY. Quality is great. Boosters do just want to get the job done, but are willing to answer any questions pertaining to spells, abilities, comps, timing, etc. For your class. This is amazing. I personally didn't know much myself, and the 2 boosters I had were amazing enough to answer my questions while PvP'ing with me through 2's.

Don't be afraid to ask if you really don't know. About completion, this relatively relates to performance. You WILL reach your goal. Especially if it's within the range of 0-2000. No problem. 5/5.

I had a blast working with Arenafans to get my Gladiator boost. The service was fast and efficient and everyone involved was quick to advise next steps. My boost was completed piloted and I worked closely with the pilots to make sure the character had sufficiently been geared and ready to begin the climb.
