I needed to buy filters for my cat fountain, but they scammed me with a fake abandonment claim. I'm asking them to block this supplier and request an immediate refund for the fraudulent purchase. Thank you.

I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration, especially when you just wanted to buy filters for your cat’s fountain. From what I can see on your account, you haven’t actually been charged for any physical product order yet – instead, you purchased a gift card, which has been added as 34.99 credits to your account.

These credits work 1:1 with euros and can be used in our shop to buy products (including pet-related items) with savings of up to 80% through our Loyalty Shopping Program. That’s why it may look different from a normal product purchase.

Regarding your request for an immediate refund: under our terms and conditions, I’m not able to issue refunds for these credits. You still fully own the 34.99 credits and can spend them in our store.

About blocking the “supplier”: we don’t see any completed product order or specific supplier tied to your account that we could block, only the gift

Suspicious website, beware of entering your bank card number with them because they charge money from it and then send an email forcing you to give them a good rating so they can continue cheating other people.

Unfortunately, I had to close the bank account and change the cards so they could not steal more money.

They took 2 payments, i accepted just one. The service was a fraud. I was suppose to get a laptop.yet they made me an abonament without my consent
