Dreadful company do not use
Dreadful company do not use. We got a completely different product to what we ordered but they will not send me what I ordered until the other item is returned. Only when that is return will I get what I ordered but wait for it you have to reorder the item. So basically they took my money (item was not cheap) sent me wrong order so customer has to send that back (which cost the customer) and then we have to reorder the product. I have requested a refund but no joy with that yet. Finally they have no contact number to speak to someone. So do not recommend this company at all. Dreadful company and customer service is a shambles
