Very poor service, which is a shame because the clothing quality is good. I wanted to return my package, but this has to be done in a very cumbersome way via email. I submitted my request on time. The link to complete the return through the portal ended up in my spam folder, and it no longer worked because the 14-day period had passed. This is despite the fact that I had already indicated well within those 14 days that I wanted to return the item. They do not think along with you to find a solution and make you pay for everything.

Really happy with my order from Ares Gym Clothing. The quality is great, everything feels strong, comfortable, and perfect for training. You can tell it’s made to actually perform well in the gym.
Fit was on point for me, and the designs look even better in real life. I’ve worn it a few times already and it still looks and feels like new after washing.
Shipping was smooth and everything arrived in good condition.
Overall just a very solid brand. Definitely ordering again.

The clothes are amazing, but the service is not. I tried to return my item, after a lot of mails they sent me the label to return it. I still haven't gotten my money back tho

I love the leggings from Ares. They shape really nicely, are squat-proof, and last a long time. Great value for money. The long tops are also very flattering, you don’t even need to wear a bra underneath.

I was a little scared because of the reviews about returning being diffucult and the helpdesk being slow but I have the complete oppositie experience. For returning you just have to mail the help desk. The 3 times I mailed them, I got an awnser within 24 hours.
Help desk was really nice, the stuff got returned perfectly, did have to mail them because it took some time before I heard back but the next day, they completely resolved it. It was great!
I do have to say, the sizes are a bit small, I'm normally a size M but here i needed a size L

i orderd a top and a short. i recieved a legging and not the short. then they said that the short is coming my way if de long legging has arrived in their office because i could send it back on their costs. first it had a very long waiting time en then i opend the new package and i got the long one AGAIN. i cant belive it!

I'm very happy with this brand and will definitely continue ordering. Delivery is very fast, and the sportswear is available in many attractive colors.

I bought the sports shorts, long top and bra in patrol green. Such a beautiful dark green colour, all in a size L

The fabric is very comfy, you can easily move in it. There is a good stretch.

Terrible service. I ordered a package last month, and it was listed as delivered by DHL, but I never received it. DHL stated that Ares wanted to handle this themselves. I sent an email a week ago with all the details and haven't received a response.

I have bought 2 leggings which are absolutely stunning!!!! Normale I am very tall and I do not fit in gym clothing bit this brand is perfect for me!!!!

Awful service. The items were delivered, but the company failed to respond to our messages requesting a verified return link. When the link finally arrived, it was already expired, making it impossible to return the items. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid issuing a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have ordered multiple things and multiple times and every time I’m very happy with my order

It has now been almost 6 weeks since I orders there for 100 euro’s and they still have not deliverd a single item. They respond to e-mails very badly or not at all and making false promises. Very bad company and don’t order there!
