This is certainly not an advertising agency anyone should be working with. In the last 2 and a half months, I have received over 15 marketing emails from Aresproject requesting a collaboration and to set up a call via my website customer contact email.
Each time, the email address is blocked, and each time, they proceed to use multiple different email addresses to send the same communication. I have compiled the list below. This is straight up harrasment and not how business is done.
I strongly recommend to avoid at all costs based on their email tactics which shows the lack of integrity

I have worked with a few companies that made great promises on my Amazon account but none delivered. Associated last season with ARES and could tell right away that they are serious about getting the best results possible and not out to get your money. They spent a lot of time on my account and helped me in more ways than one to improve my product listings, account management and overall profitability.

I would recommend without any reservations, ARES to any business of any size that is trying to get through the confusing and often incomplete Amazon maze of rules and regulations and build a successful business on Amazon platform.

This company seems to like sending lots of email and presentations (using our IP), and when we respond to them they NEVER reply. Seems a daft way of generating new business. So I can only assume no other is at the other end, or they are poor at customer service and that could be a taste of things to come. This week we have had another 4 emails.
They may read this and respond!!

They won't stop emailing me. They keep changing their email addresses. I have blocked at least 10 different email addresses from these people and they just change it and email me again.

My account was suddenly deactivated on Amazon and felt extremely stressed, but guys from Ares made the recovery process smooth and stress-free with clear communication and constant support. I highly, highly recommend their services—what you pay is nothing compared to the peace of mind and health you save by not doing it alone.

Received an email from them marketing their services. We were interested so we booked a call in with them. Joined the call and they never showed. Emailed them twice after and never heard anything further.

For some reason they dont want our business it seems. Lazy approach.

Avoid Ares Projects – Costly Mistake.

I was pressured into signing a 12-month finance deal with Ares through a third-party lender after a hard sales pitch from the owners, full of rushed tactics and urgency games. Biggest regret.

Within 2 months, it became clear how poor the service was but I was stuck paying for the full year or risk damaging my credit rating. Their PPC manager blew £3,000 in just 6 weeks trying to rank high-volume keywords like 20.0000, single organic sales, many wrong campaigns settings, targeting irrelevant keywords, costing me so much.. and no one was listening my voice .....and the account manager was badly inexperienced and everything delayed , whole thing was a joke. So many different people were in my account that I didn’t know who was doing what. They ruined my listings: images disappeared and not uploaded for months due to wrong upload globally, many mistakes were made, and my EU expansion was delayed for months yet I kept paying for services I didn’t receive.

I warned them repeatedly, but there was no way out of the 12-month contract. We offered to pay the setup fee and 3 months of work just to exit they refused. It dragged on for months, involved lawyers, and they still made it extremely difficult, even though they knew how bad things were. We did small amounts recovery from them but paid lawyers with that.

Eventually, they replaced the PPC manager and account manager after the damage was done the originals were completely unfit for the job. This experience cost us over £15,000 and destroyed our rankings. It was extremely stressful financially, I would not want any Amazon business owner have this, as still had to pay my child nursery fee and pay the loan i signed with ares.

Unprofessional from top to bottom. Don’t trust their promises. Don’t sign anything long-term. Total waste.
