The product they have is top notch. Even the budget stuff is really good quality. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. Recently I had a package that was lost. Rachel with the customer service team is absolutely amazing!!

The product is fine, but they charge $10 for shipping and are unable to deliver on time. My order took over a week the last time, which is bad. Buy locally to avoid headaches and annoyance.

Products are hit and miss and shouldn't be for the prices. The rewards point system was a huge letdown. I'd say the only good experience here is they offer terp bags and bovida packs for each strain you buy. Last straw for me was finding pieces of rubber glove in my last batch of hemp

Previously I had written a review praising their generous rewards program; well now that I've invested in it for months, getting myself to silver tier, they've rug-pulled it and literally decimated the value of their points. I still have my legacy points, but once they're gone I'll be looking elsewhere.

For old heads, its like outgrowing your friends. They used to sell deals. But after the catastrophic blowout sale where all these regulars got burned, they changed websites and upped prices. The deals will never be back. Black tie cbd is much better selection, variety, and price. And they ship faster generally.

Someone new discovering arete might need it like i did. But a little research will net you a better site.

Scam of a company AVOID at all costs. Rewards finale was a complete scam lost out on hundreds of dollars of rewards points. Every other THCA vendor is offering Black Friday discounts but not cheap Arete. Never ever going business with Arete again

Extremely shady business practices such as not publishing negative reviews on products and screwing customers over with high prices and inability to use rewards on almost all products.

First off, love this company. They had a recent rewards event that admittedly could've gone smoother, but it wasn't a scam. Many people were able to redeem points for product, but inventory was limited and there were technical issues throughout. Could've been more communication from Arete, but I don't doubt they will do their best to make it right for those who were disappointed based on my past experiences with them.

All that aside, I've been a loyal customer for about a year. They have quality product and any hesitation I held about ordering online disappeared with my first order. Since then I've placed numerous orders with no issues. Always fast shipping, always a hand written note, and always a great selection of strains and price points. Easy to navigate website imo. I don't doubt that bad experiences exist with valid complaints, but folks can also be petty, so take it with a grain of salt. This is a small business striving for excellence and doing a pretty darn good job.

Great company. Highly satisfied every time I make a purchase! Dont fall for the negative reviews from people complaining about reward points and issues that have nothing to do with this brand and their product or business. I have made well over 100 purchases and have yet to be disappointed! Keep up the great work Arete!

I was completely robbed of $400 worth of rewards because the arete site messed up. I had been one of the first, waiting on the first day for the release and I have nothing to show for it. Thousands of dollars spent, and I have nothing to show for it. Do not trust Arete.

The *product* is typically alright, and the disposable rosin carts are really good

But they have consistently had site 'problems' about things like applying coupons and loyalty points (which they just now discontinued)

For example they had a special sale for the end of their loyalty program - and the first time it crashed the site. No big, everyone struggles yeah? But within like 3 days they relaunch the event with the only change being adding a queue to even get on the website. And THEN they wouldn't address the fact a majority of shoppers couldn't use their points as they were supposed to (I would apply mine and when i hit check out, it would go from $93 to $0 and I'd have to reset the whole thing.) So by the time the product in my cart ran out of stock after trying for an hour and a half - I still didn't get to purchase.

Their customer support was absolutely non-existent - no replies to anyone about this even though the event is going for another day or so - but it doesn't matter because the boasted HUGE amount of product! was gone. .-.

How do you make st*ners mad, TWICE and not learn a lesson I'll never know.
