Poor and slow customer service musty bag
Poor and slow customer service. Had a repeated ask from DHL for a EOI number to help clear customs. Whilst bag is as described what wasn’t stated on the listing is that it really smells musty and old vintage. It’s not that old and if that’s the case it should be listed. So not sure how they are storing these expensive luxury products

False advertisement…
The ring was authentic but the description completely misleading and false. Ring was a Pomellato Petit Nudo, not Classic, meaning cheaper, because the stone is smaller, therefore the discount vs new selling price was also overstated. Ring was size 52 not 51, and it was not vintage but from 2022.
