The Newell’s football shirt I purchased has still not arrived, and I have received no updates or information regarding its delivery status. This is unacceptable.

I paid a significant amount for this item and expect to receive it within a reasonable timeframe. At this point, the lack of communication is very disappointing.

I request an immediate update on the status of my order, including a clear delivery date. If the item cannot be delivered promptly, I expect to be informed of the available options, including a full refund.

I look forward to your urgent response.

I bought a San Lorenzo team jersey from this company. I added the league patch. Jersey arrived and was in good condition.
I paid $143.99 And $25.99 shipping = $169.98 total . All was paid.
I received the item and 1 week later I receive a customs duty invoice from FedEx for $21.30 for customs/ duty charge for a $40 shirt…..
Now I have to dispute duty charge invoice from FedEx because this company chose to bill me the $21.30 duty tax….
This company NEEDS TO PAY THEIR OWN BUSINESS EXPENSES OR ADVISE THE CLIENT AND ADD TO THE CHARGE OF A $25.99 shipping fee…
I will go elsewhere with all my other business and with family and friends - they will lose out on future business from family and friends going into the World Cup, etc….

In response to vendor comments: If you are located in my town of orlando on Sand Lake Blvd (about 5-10 miles from me) why would you advise me to be aware of buying from another country? You played middleman, made money and then tried to push off your fees onto me (plus also paid $25.99 in shipping fees).
I worked in import export wholesaling in sporting goods from other countries. We built all costs into the price - if customs held product, or if bills of lading had issues, or if the letters of credit (I also worked in a large bank in letters of credit department) had issues - we ate or we priced into - we NEVER brought up other charges to the end consumer.

It's a scam. Ordered products online since April. They never sent products. The website is fake. No contact number. They also didn't reply the email. It's not a reliable website and company.

They have no telephone number to contact. When sending an email, it states "error". 1 person almost responded on customer support window but no help. It's been almost 3 months, I ordered a product. No updates or customer service. They seem to respond to negative reviews. I wait 3 days before filing a complaint with my state attorney general.

Purchased a soccer jersey that they never shipped. I know they probably work with a supplier in Argentina so I expected a week or two before I got a tracking number. MORE THAN 3 WEEKS PASSED.
When I contacted customer service (chat only) someone named "Mariana" said I would get a refund in a couple of days but the refund never happened. It was over a week later and after filing formal complaints to my state AG office and FTC that I finally got a refund. No apologies, very curt and unprofessional service.

Yesterday i got replay from argentinasuperliga.com on my review.
First I want to tell that what thay said is NOT TRUE.
They never send me a email with tracking number, they never repsond me on my 3 email, and tney never respond on live chat. Like I said they are SCAM. They received money and turn off.
Second, they send me some tracking number, i check on FEDEX, and iti shows that is some shippment in Austraila????
I live in Serbia (Europe), and local FEDEX told me that there is no shippment on my name and my adress.
So they are LIE.
I aks them to send me proff that they send me (picture or sometihing) my order with data on my name.
But i know that they will never respond, they are LIE and SCUM.
Pepole do not buy from them

I had a problem with the quality of the product, so I promised to refund 75% of the product through the support chat, but the process is not progressing, and there is no response to my contact with support. I am worried because I do not know if the process is progressing.

Hello, I ordered two pairs of the argentina anniversary sock and received one. I tried to contact the store two seperate times and haven't received a response. I'd either like the second pair shipped to me or a refund. A shame because the items on offer are very, very cool and I love Argentine football.

The jersey is fake and it’s damaged on the front. Additionally they don’t answer my messages.

scam. never got my Boca shirt and when I tried to contact them I never got an answer. 160$ down the drain. avoid at all cost.

I was very skeptical about this website based off of the reviews. Since it's very hard to get Argentine Primera División jerseys here in Canada, I decided to give this website a shot. I was very impressed with the customer service. There had been no updates with my order after a week, so I went on the Live Chat and had spoken with Mariana. She was very nice, assured me everything was ok with my order(the delay was due to waiting for the patches to come in) and that it would be arriving on May 27th. While it did not arrive on May 27th, I was just happy to see that it was shipped out and it arrived today on May 30th. Three days is no big deal to me. I will definitely be buying from this website again.

I have made 3 orders with this company and only received my item once. The first order (ESPAGGPEG) they just sat there and did nothing so I emailed them various times with no response. Eventually they just canceled the order and refunded me without any explanation as to why or what happened. The second order (CDXNDHOOY) they sat on it for about a week and did not respond to any of my emails until finally a miracle happened and they saw my email and responded and actually sent me a tracking number and the item was then pretty quickly delivered.
The third order (IJSAFLDSE) I made on 4/25, they accepted my payment but I still have not received any information about it, no tracking number and no explanation about what we are waiting for to proceed. I have emailed them 4 times over the last few weeks (on 4/29, on 5/4, on 5/7 and on 5/10) and they have not responded to any of the emails.

Update to my review on 6/5: After trying to reach out to this company many times through email and the "contact us" on their website page with no response, on 5/30 I discovered they also have an instagram page so I decided that before I contact my credit card to cancel the transaction I will commented on their most recent post asking about the hold up on my order, and that seems to have triggered them to see my order, they finally responded via email and the order was delivered very fast. So I am changing my review from 2 stars to 3. If they do see your order they will eventually send it.

This site is a scam. Do not order from them. They will give you a reason for them not to ship your order such as" your item was the last one and was defective" and then they don't credit your credit card back. I called my bank and filed a claim.

So i have to refund but they didnt
And they said to me that can change product.
2023/07 they gave me voucher coupon
2023/07 I ordered 5 other shirts again with coupons
2023/08/11 they give me only 2 shirts
Until now they reject my message.
This site is cheating site and they do not give me some shirts about 323$
