Love our Argheri Ziola
After waiting a while to receive our Argheri Ziola (we ordered during the pre-production phase), I am really happy to say that the Ziola lives up to the hype of the video posted on the company's website. The design is great and the build quality is also excellent. Note that you need to cure the pizza stone prior to first using, so make sure that you allow time to do that before wanting to cook.
We used Chris' (the owner) same day Neapolitan pizza dough recipe for our base and were really happy with how the pizzas turned out. It cooked them beautifully at 450 degrees - only took about 2 mins to cook. The edges puffed up beautifully and the pizzas had that wood fired look and taste.
We are really happy with our Ziola and now can't wait to have friends and family around for dinner. Chris has been very engaging, keen for feedback and happy to answer questions that I had about using it.
I would highly recommend this product.
