whilst we had a great holiday the company let us down
whilst we had a great holiday this company let us down. We have written many times to explain why we feel that we are entitled to a part refund but all they say is we can have a discount next year. Well didn't intend on visiting Croatia next year!!! Basically from a couple of hours into our 5 day trip we realised the fridge was not working at all. In fact it was humming and giving off heat. A working fridge was vital for our group as it was all about lunches and cold beer and wine as we toured around the islands! This was impossible as food and drink could not be stored on board so we had to moor up and disembark every time we wanted to eat and or drink. We called them and they said there was nothing they could do unless we came back with the boat. We were miles away by then and had booked marinas which couldn't be unbooked. There was no plug for the sink so couldn't wash up. We got locked out of our main cabin as lock broke but luckily got in through hatch as one of us was slim enough to do so. Towells given were no bigger than flannels. We have given this company many opportunities to give us a part refund as we had to spend a lot more money than we budgeted for as we couldn't prepare our own food and drink our own drinks. They are totally standing firm that they will not do this. Won't be using them again.
