worst concierge service I have ever experienced bought a Filmore sofa from the Wexford, PA store. Within a week of delivery I discovered that there is a finishing nail sticking out from one of the top, rear corners. As I walked past that corner the finishing nail ripped through a pair of sweatpants and pierced my thigh...the little scratch is no big deal. So I reported the defect which is all I care about to the salesperson Shawn on 12/21/23.
It took until yesterday, January 4th, after writing 4 emails...and waiting 14 days!!!! to be contacted by "Concierge" Customer care to open a ticket...14 days! is that concierge to anyone out there?
now I have been told I have to wait for an appointment on February 3rd...30 days for a third party furniture technician to come look at the defect...then I will have to wait for an answer on how the repair will be handled...then I'll have to wait another month to get it taken care of.
I just moved to the area and this was my first ARHUS purchase and experience...all the commitments and promises of great "Concierge" Service are not being met. Very, very disappointed...so friendly and attentive when they are selling you in the showroom...they wipe their hands of you and shift you to a "third party" once the sale is done.
ARHUS...you gained a new customer and lost them in the space of a couple of weeks.

Buyer beware! All you need to know about Arhaus' awful customer service is detailed below. The poor reviews detailed here are consistent with reviews found elsewhere online. While my review is specific to the Boca Raton showroom, it appears that there is a culture of poor customer service throughout the Arhaus organization. The merchandise I have purchased from them to date has been fine, but just know that your purchase may come at a cost in the form of a terrible sales experience: When you call, the phone in the Boca showroom just rings and rings and you're advised (via recording) that you will receive a callback which happens several hours later, if at all. The designers on staff are all sycophants with no decision-making authority. All roads in Boca seem to lead back to one individual, the visual designer, who in my particular transaction, couldn't manage to have a desk chair shipped from Ohio to Florida over the course of a three-month period. My funds were held from October until the end of December and are currently pending refund as the chair is now out of production. I don't know what's going on within the Arhaus corporate c-suites, but the tone is always set at the top and there is clearly an issue here. Stop with the untruths. Work on your integrity. Do better.

I bought a 6700.00 dollar sofa that turned out to be a piece of crap. Feathers regularly shed from it. It has no structure. My 30yrs old sofa has better structure than this arhaus one. Not happy at all! Buy from Bobs furniture. Better quality and 1/4 the price.
I purchased an armoire cabinet
I purchased an armoire cabinet, bed, coffee table, dining table and side dresser and have to say the quality is superb! These items are now 6 years old and I will probably have them forever. Heirloom pieces.

Torrance CA Location. I ordered a Sofa Console Table, it was actually really nice, however the color online in every photo showed it being a very light wood. It was not, it was way too dark. Sent back. Also, ordered two fur white poofs. Cute but wobbly when you sat down and too small. The delivery people were great at first, dropping off was awesome however picking up was a different story. The manager over shipping was arguing with me about the timeframe of pick up. Was I supposed to wait around ALL DAY! Usually there's a 2–3-hour window which is fine. I finally told her that she had a specific time to come to my house, period! Or... keep coming back within my timeframe. Ridiculous!
The Assistant Manager at the Torrance store doesn't know what day it is! She was so monotone and wasn't able to calculate simple math. When she "accidently" shorted me on my credit for the return, she couldn't understand how the shipping was being taken away twic. I had to explain it to her several times. When she finally said, "we will refund your shipping" I said "and the correct amount that I paid for the furniture" I will NEVER buy from them again! Total waste of time! Had to dispute the charges on my CC as well. Because the Throw and Pillows I sent back (with RMA approvals) were sitting in a warehouse somewhere for 15 days, they never gave me credit for the returns! Disputed and AMEX gave me back my money!
Arhaus Made Mistake; Charging us for Return
We purchased a kitchen table, dining chairs, and side table from Arhaus. The dining chairs do not fit under the dining table as they did in-store. We told customer service and requested a return. The side table has yet to be delivered, so we offered to either bring the chairs back to the store or give them to the delivery crew when they deliver the side table. The woman on the phone says it will be $399 plus 10% to return the chairs... even though the delivery people are coming anyways AND the chairs were incorrect and not the same measurement as the store. Unbelievable. Fraud. This is why we've been long time Restoration Hardware and Crate and Barrel customers. Should have never given Arhaus a chance.
Terrible product and customer service
At these prices, you’d be forgiven for assuming quality.
We bought a sectional couch, a dining room table, and 10 dining room chairs from Arhaus, all in one purchase. Enough for them to take us seriously. Oh, and we upgraded to the ‘performance’ fabric and purchased the warranty.
Within 2 days of receiving our couch, our dog jumped on it with muddy paws. We couldn’t get the stain out, so we filed a claim. It was denied. They called it normal wear and tear. We went back to the store. They sympathized but told us to keep fighting and wished us good luck. We made a stink and they finally agreed to have it professionally cleaned. The stains got bigger. They ignored us for weeks and then, after we complained as much as possible, they finally agreed to replace the couch. When the new couch arrived, it had tears in it from (presumably) box cutters. We notified them of this and they ignored us. We finally gave up and just positioned the couch so people can’t see the cuts in the fabric.
Their performance fabric is junk. The warranty service is a scam. And their customer service is abysmal. There are better places to spend your money.
Crazy shipping cost of $10,000 for chairs that worth less than 5k
Trying to order chairs for a project in Canada- the website clearly says that shipping to Canada is available if order is above 2k. the chairs worth less than 5k, now they quoted me shipping cost of 10k. This is insane and just stealing money! any other vendor in US shipping to canada with reasonable cost. I dont know why Arhous thinking they are so special, very bad customer service.
Absolutely horrible customer service.
I have purchased furniture on 3 separate occasions from Arhaus and every single time I've had problems with customer service: they don't return calls, they always tell you that you reached the wrong department, they give you the runaround when returning something and tell you they have to get back to you. I've been trying to return a faulty Christmas tree and have called multiple times. I'm told that they have to get approval from the 3rd party vendor for the return. WHAT? I didn't purchase the tree from a 3rd party vendor, I purchased it from Arhaus! This is the 3rd time I've called about this tree. Nobody follows up as promised. I will truly never order from them again. 3 strikes, you're out.
Very disappointing
Very disappointing: Found some beautiful counter stools for our new kitchen for $399 and told the salesperson we'd be back in a week after our countertops were installed. When we returned the stools were now $599 and they would not sell them for the originally quoted price. Another staff member told us--with a snobbish air--that prices were set by "corporate"--despite having a salesperson's business card with the original price on it. Their "high end" branding seems to overshadow genuine customer care.

I recently purchased the Sullivan Sectional from Arhaus, and I must say, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality and performance of this sofa. When I first laid eyes on the floor model of the Sullivan Sectional, I couldn't help but notice that it looked weathered. However, the salesperson assured me that the fabric used on the sectional was high-performing outdoor fabric and that I wouldn't face the same issues with my purchase. With that assurance in mind, I went ahead and invested $9,000 in this sectional.
Regrettably, within just four months of regular use, the two end chairs of the Sullivan Sectional started to show signs of severe weathering and wear. This was not the performance I expected from a sofa in this price range. To put things into perspective, I had previously purchased a sectional from a luxury manufacturer that lasted beautifully for eight years without any such issues. Additionally, we also owned an RH sectional, and its fabric held up remarkably well.

I purchased $35,000 of 21 furniture, and the buying experience has been truly dreadful. The manager was very enthusiastic when placing the order, but they have been unresponsive to inquiries. It has been 10 days, and they are unwilling to refund the money for the furniture that hasn't been delivered.
Recent Purchase
My wife ordered this mirror for our dining room. When we got it delivered, a $299 delivery charge, she realized it was too small. She called customer service to return the mirror. They wanted another $299 plus a restocking fee. I would sooner break it than give them more money! We have bought a table, 6 chairs and 4 counter stools from them over the past few months. Two of the items were damaged and had to be exchanged. They made us send photos of the damages before they would agree to. The furniture that we were replacing was much better quality than the ones we bought at Arhaus. Their customer service and quality is terrible so buyer be ware. We will not be shopping anymore at Arhaus. I posted a review on Facebook.
They responded to my review on Facebook telling me to DM them. It has been a week and they have not contacted me. Further proof that they are unreputable. Stay away! Don't shop there!

I do not recommend Arhaus. I bought four counter stools that didn’t fit correctly. I immediately called them and was charged a restocking fee and another delivery fee to return them. I ended paying them $700 to return the stools in less than 24 hours! I wanted to buy different stools but was told that there would be another$299 dollar charge to purchase and deliver them. Are they nuts? They wouldn’t budge and lost my business. I am using RH now who are a pleasure to deal with and run a great business. They are going out of their way to earn my business. No restocking fees and a onetime delivery fee. Do not shop at Arhaus very poor customer service!!
Stay away from credit card!
Worse experience ever with merchants credit card. A lot of flaws into the zero interest plans, hidden fees and 3-4 different interest charges without explanation. Customer service is the worse, they don’t have a clue of what they’re doing and they are just robotic with the answer because they don’t have any logical explanation of what happened into the account. They just follow script. Stay away from credit card…

We have bought quite a bit of furniture from Arhaus. They have been upfront and accurate about delivery times (eg during the pandemic they literally said they had no idea how long it would take). Recently we ordered more furniture and it came exactly when they said it would. One of the pieces was slightly damaged, which was noticed by the delivery person ( we’re not even sure we would have noticed it). Arhaus followed up promptly and the table will be replaced this coming Monday. Love this company!
Great quality & Great Style
I bought a dinning table and matching console/buffet table to go with from the Palm Beach Gardens location and I must say it was a perfect experience. This was about 7 years ago and it was my fiancé at the time and I's first big purchase for our first house. The salesperson and delivery was perfect and we always thought it looked so classy and expensive to even eat on since we never really ate in the dinning room. Everyone that came to our house would complement how unique and cool the table looked. Unfortunately he has passed away so I decided that is one piece for furniture I will always be keeping around even though I have bought mostly new stuff since I have bought 2 new houses since our first house so from the initial delivery and 2 moves the able has held up wonderfully the only thing that ever happened was a small scuff on the metal top that was fixed by moving company and now I decided to also put glass on top of it which I think enchanted the table and buffet. So to me if a dinning table and buffet table can handle a delivery and 2 moves within 7 years and still look brand new Arhaus must be doing something right.
Can someone please get me my furniture!
If I could I'd give them 0 stars! I am posting this in hopes that someone from the company will read in and get in touch with me. I purchased a dining table, buffet and 6 chairs several months ago at the Biltmore AZ store. The order was delivered in June, but the furniture was damaged. The buffet was not welded to the base and was clearly packed that way as the box was virtually undamaged. One of the chairs had a broken arm and several other chairs were either poorly assembled or the seat fabric appeared defective. We refused delivery of half of the order but kept the table and some of the chairs. We submitted a request for replacement to Arhaus and were contacted by someone in customer service who told us the furniture is "on its way." I have since followed up with her and received the same assurance, but we have never heard from the delivery company or anyone else regarding the whereabouts of the furniture or a discount as promised for this inconvenience. Our original salesperson is no longer with the company and the manager (Tom) has never returned my call. Hopefully this will get someone's attention.

If I could give zero I would. The upholstery on the dining chairs is shoddy and looks horrible. They cost $649 EACH!! The driver said they would replace them so maybe they will do that but it will take weeks. The driver assembled the table and screwed the pedestal in backwards. I didn’t notice until they left and I was unable to reach anyone today who can help me. Maybe they’ll call back tomorrow I spent many thousands of $. This is pure GARBAGE and no one wants to help me. If they don’t make it right, I will contest my credit card charge. Big regret. Very big. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Crate and Barrel id a better alternative.
