Zero stars

Zero stars. This company is fraudulent. Selling terrible quality cheap products. When I contacted support there was no response for weeks. Then an email saying they won’t do refunds. Now after months they won’t respond at all. Do not buy from them!

What you see is not at all what you…

What you see is not at all what you get. I paid big money for items that shein or temu wouldn't even send. Absolutely nothing like the picture or description. Items ordered were meant to be linen- they are some sort of fake silk. The shorts are meant to be tailored- they are like over sized board shorts with horrendous draw strings. They look like they have been seen by a 2 year old. The print looks like an over pixalated mess. Please do not buy from this business. Total scam

Alira Melbourne is a Scam

Alira Melbourne is a Scam. They are not a Melbourne company but based in China. The clothes look nothing like the glam shots posted on social media. They are poorly printed and synthetic not made out of linen as claimed. Returns are made at the buyers expense to China then refund is denied as the whole process takes more than their 14 days return policy. Avoid.

Disappointing that they don’t know how…

Disappointing that they don’t know how to cook Salmon- it was extremely dry..
I hoped the truffle fries would be nice big fat chunky cut fries, all the same size- no and you couldn’t taste the truffle oil 😔
Flourless chocolate cake was just as dry as the salmon, my husband used not a chef however he can cook salmon better than Aria chefs!
I was really looking forward to having a meal at this restaurant, we have will not be going back 😞

Don't buy from Aria

Don't buy from Aria. Their website is a scam. My garment was not at all as described - "a knitted" -garment. It came as a printed garment. The size was enormous. I wanted a refund and had to return it to China. They would refund me when it arrived. No! Five months have passed and the parcel has been returned to me from China today. I copied the address exactly as they gave it to me. Avoid Aria.com at all costs

Buyers beware... this is a negative 1 star review

If only I had read these reviews earlier. A complete waste of money. After numerous emails and offers of another items @ a cost to me of $24.95 or 15% off my next purchase or a 30% gift card. After another few emails back and forth this cute little sentence
""Lastly, we wish to emphasize that we can only accept returns within 30 days after receiving the return form. This means you still have a few days left to deliver your return to us.""
My package returned exactly 6 months later with "customs overdue" . Beware purchasing from this company

I would rate this Company Nil Stars if…

I would rate this Company Nil Stars if that option was available. They are a complete rip-off, starting with pretending to be in Melbourne Vic Australia. The clothing is less than second rate, the sizing a "joke", quality poor and poorly made. I returned my items as requested after they tried to fob me off with offer of part refund or discount on a further order. After many many emails I managed to get a part refund. I have continues to email more than once a week since. The replies I now receive are obviously composed by AI. Having read other reviews it appears I may be receiving these items back in the post shortly as it's been almost 6 months.
DO NOT under any circumstances deal with ARIA

Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost. I purchased a number of items (over $500) for an overseas trip. Items are NOT as described, they look great n photo..in reality they're poorly made. I sent items back requesting a full refund. Items were returned to me 6 months later, no refund.

Should have read reviews..... I am still in the process of trying to get a refund. Sent items back as per instructions and now dealing with Aust post. Sitting in customs like everyone else's. What a rip off. Nee step consumer affairs. as this is false advertising when you think you are dealing with a Melbourne warehouse.

Complete scam company

Complete scam company. Have experienced the same outcomes as those outlined in other reviews. Sent my items back to China for a full refund and they have been sitting in Chinese customs for 3 months now. Do not buy from this company! Wish I had read reviews prior to making the purchases online. I also reported this company to Facebook where I originally saw them advertised and they said they are legit - NOT!

Aria - Melbourne is a rort

Again, as with every other review I wish I had read the review first. Do not buy from this China based company even though the name say's Aria-Melbourne. Clothing not like advertised, no labels as previously mentioned in other reviews and no chance of getting a refund until they recieve the item back in their China warehouse. The whole thing is just a rort. Don't be fooled by the website.

Misleading communication

Unreliable and don’t received by name. Definitely not based in Australia
Do not be deceived like I was with the word Melbourne in the name. Unreliable service. You cannot return. Read the fine print because dresses do not fit true to size and you pay big money to return items to China. Apparently it’s in fine print. They also sell items not in stock and the refund I demanded bounced twice and took a number of weeks.

Clever scam website

Aria Melbourne or Aria clothing Melbourne- This is a scam website and clever at what they do. China based and nothing to do with Melb. You receive an inferior replica of what you ordered just when your suss about them. thereafter engaged via polite emails with “ Emma” with lots of delay tactics around refund and defending the company’s honour! . I pushed through to getting a return address and sent back to a china address at my own cost, according to their instructions with required photos tracking etc. thereafter theymostly claimed to not receive the parcel. On one occasion they slipped up with an email that the parcel was received and my refund would be 15 days! Of course I was never refunded! I gave up but my parcel arrived home last week! After a round trip to china to an unknown address!😂 at least aust post didn’t let me down😂

Scam beware

I ordered an item which took ages to come and looked nothing like the images on line. I was offered discounts rather than a refund. I escalated it to a PayPal dispute, returned the item, it wasn’t claimed by the business so I contacted PayPal and they decided in my favour. I got my money back just down the return postage. They his company should be banned in Australia. They clearly bank on it being too hard for people to return or to get their money, and hope they give up. Well I didn’t. Horrible scam company!

Aria Melbourne

Don’t ever buy from this company
Looked like at first sight it was an Australian site, but on inquiry for a refund it was actually in Chine
I asked for refund as their sight hat they offered full refund but I actually had to pay overseas postage. When no contact I was eventuallyme offered many options, all unsatisfactory. They then advised parcel had not arrived. I tracked through australia post which gave the journey of my return and it said it had been handed to their postal depot. I sent many emails but they had numerous excuses thus avoiding refund.e

Giving a 1⭐️ is overrating this company

Giving a 1⭐️ is overrating this company.
Company name ‘Aria Melbourne’ is actually ‘Tommy’ (Chinese).
2 garments 135AUD. Both items not suitable. I was offered 15% ($20.25) refund and keep items. I returned via Austpost with tracking at my expense as per T&Cs, now held at customs in Guangzhou stating ‘customs payment due’. This was paid in Australia at time of postage. I can only assume holding up my return until the 30day expiry for exchange expires.
Beware this company!

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. They will send you a crap product that looks nothing like their website. Then when you ask for a refund they keep trying to offer coupon and partial refunds. Finally once you corner them into sending their return address they send a false address and won’t respond to any of your emails! I paid over $30 for return shipping to return items and didn’t get a refund! Do not trust this site at all.
