Out of stock wasn’t aware explain for refund
I had paid for the item and I had a refund without any explanation
I had to tell them if it’s out of stock it should state out of stock or remove form listing
Very disappointed and annoyed with the outcome
Misleading and unprofessional of them just to automatically give refund without any message and reason

5 man tent
I bought a 5 man tent, when it arrived it barely fits 3 people in it. The parts that hold the tent together all snapped off or tore apart. I have also emailed them about this and had no response, the tent is a very poor quality

Be aware do not buy from this company they are cheats!! They list their items using fake photos. I purchased 3 Porcelain 3 tier cake stands. The images they used to advertise the cake stand was something totally different to what they sent out. It can't be used for the purpose it advertises. I have images and proof of conversations of the purchase made via Wilfred Benson.
