Since then there has been no update nor is there any response to countless follow up emails. Bad customer service and experience with this company!

I ordered a gator shaped whisky bottle from Ariart Mall which was supposed to be filled with Four Roses whisky. The picture on my online order clearly shows a full bottle with a Four Roses label. Instead, I received an empty bottle with a generic label. This was clearly a case of bait & switch!
