We want to say thanks to Mark for his support in securing our rental property. We were having a nightmare with other agents and their landlords who refused to rent to us due to our dog’s breed but thankfully Airns came through for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new home and location. Definitely scored with this one

What can I say ! Arins is the best estate agents we have ever used, from start to finish they have been very professional understanding of my situation and have supported every step of the way. A huge shout out to Leighton and the team. If you are considering selling, buying, renting or letting the team at Arins in Tilehurst is the place to go.

This estate agent will screw you whether your the seller or the buy do not work with them.

The worst agency in Reading.
They sold our property to a 20 year old inmature kid, who wasted our time for 5 months and pulled out, ONE week before completion after trying to re-negotiate.
Instead of supporting us through this, we felt Arins is supporting the buyer therefore we decided not to work with them anymore.
After this we received threatening calls, emails that we have to give 21 days notice. However their sole rights ended long time ago but tried to make our life even worse while they should have brought in a legit buyer and supporting us not the buyer.
I suggest a class to attend about differences on Buying/Selling.

I only bother to write a review when I have exceptional service good or bad... Glad to report its been great as a customer of Arins, they rent my Shinfield property for me and have really taken all the stress of doing so away. Secondly, I speak to my tenants and they also have nothing but praise for Arins, so it works both ways, as a tenant or a landlord.
They also under cut their competitor price point wise.

Best estate agent we have ever used! We have moved a few times now and I can say without hesitation that Arins in Tilehurst were brilliant. We had our house on the market with another agent fora few months and didn't receive any offers (not even a cheeky low one), went on the market with Arins and we accepted an offer within a few weeks. They really put the effort into getting in sold, where this had been lacking with the previous agent. Arins even found us the house that we ended up purchasing too when we had been struggling to find anything suitable. From start to finish everyone that we came into contact with was friendly, helpful and professional and they all worked hard to make sure that everything was pushed through as quickly and smoothly as it could have been. I would highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

A company phoned Arins to check for the property prices sold in and around Earley area in Reading. Also the company asked about my property and what price will you value at? Harry Hook who answered the call gave a very low valuation of my property. That put off the potential buyer. When I confronted with Harry Hook he started blaming his colleague Josh and said that he has listened to the telephone conversation which happened between Neil and Josh. However, he then stated that Josh was incorrect in his assessment and that he apologises to both me and that company but the damage is already done. The buyer is not even answering my emails or phones. I would suggest stay away from Harry Hook and Arins.
