Decided after a few years of retiring to employ a cleaner to free up time to get on with all of the things which were needing done around the home and garden. Was a bit worried about employing a stranger and then if we did not gel be left with the emotional hurdle of having to let them go without causing distress to myself or the person concerned. Arising Cleaning Services is ideal in that Staff are fully checked and if something is not right they will manage the process of getting a replacement cleaner.

Have had a great service and experience with Arising Cleaning Services. We have a dog and it can be difficult finding cleaners who are comfortable and confident with dogs. Steve has managed to accommodate this even at short notice. He has always listened to our feedback and acted on it. Thanks also to Hellen our cleaner who is a lovely person and does an excellent job.

From my initial meeting with Steve, I knew I was in good hands. My cleaner, Viviana, provides me with excellent service and it is a lovely feeling to get home to a freshly cleaned home. I am provided with a very professional service that gives real value for money. It is good to be associated with such people and to know that my home is left in trustworthy hands, I would recommend Arising Cleaning Services to anyone.

We have used Arising Cleaning Services for about 6 months now. The service has always been excellent. If a cleaner was unable to make a home visit more often than not Arising Cleaning Services has usually been able to find us another cleaner, even at short notice sometimes. And whenever we have either been on holiday or our cleaner has been on holiday our account with Arising Cleaning Services has always been adjusted correctly with absolutely no fuss. I really enjoy the reliable and friendly service we get from Arising Cleaning Services

Contradictory to other reviews, I found Arising cleaning services to be one of the friendliest and honest cleaning agencies in London, Steven Skeen who is the area manager is always on hand to help, I would highly recommend this agency for regular cleaning services, I am a long term client of Arising and happy to give over the phone reviews if required. Would give ten stars if I could.

Terrible service in London by Steven Skeen who I am not surprised to see has already received terrible reviews. Please save your time, money and sanity and avoid this agency. Problems from Day 1.
- Cleaner’s not showing up and sometimes with no notice. Sent multiple different cleaners all with the same problems.
- Poor quality of cleaners and subpar service
- Cleaners breaking and damaging items including damage caused to my hoover (I chose not to charge the cleaners at the time to give them a chance which Steven then used against me when I tried to get my agency fee refunded)
- All damage was reported to Steven with photo evidence. In order to get the agency to cover for damage you need CCTV footage and a written statement from the cleaners admitting to the damage. What a joke!
- If you try to make a claim, Steven will employ dirty and deceitful tactics to get out of it. He Would always tell me that the cleaners liked me and is now suddenly claiming that I don’t treat them well that’s why they don’t come. Appalling, unprofessional and dishonest.
- Thinks that waiving the one months notice period is a gesture of good will when in fact I have every right to terminate with cause given the terrible experience

Arising Cleaning Services have been providing regular cleaning services for the last 2 years and I have been very happy throughout! I would highly recommend this agency and the area manager who runs the Manchester office.

My cleaner Carla is very reliable and she is a big help to me and my wife whilst we are at work.

I pay £10 per hour to my cleaner instead of the standard rate of £9 per hour advertised and I pay a small monthly agency fee to the company.

Fantastic agency to deal with and the cleaner is amazing, I would highly recommend Steven Skeen the manager over at Arising Cleaning Services head office, best agency in the UK by far, their prices are very reasonable, I pay my cleaner £9 per hour on the day of cleaning and I pay a small monthly agency fee of £22 per month, I currently have two visits per week and very please with our cleaner ( Tani ) Highly recommended!

I dealt with a gentleman called Steven Skeen. He sent a cleaner who was incapable of comprehending basic instructions as her English language skills were rather weak. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Steven he informed me that the Cleaner was allegedly one of their better cleaners and I should give the Cleaner another attempt. This was a particularly busy period in my life and I said I’d come back to him. I acknowledge that I never followed up to give notice to cancel my contract. However, what is interesting that for an Agency which purports to servicing customers there was no follow up at their end too. After three months I realised that my direct debit hadn’t been cancelled. I never once got an alert saying they are going to collect money (although the Agency will vehemently claim they did!) When I notified the Agency that I had paid for three months, despite availing of their service only once, they were prompt to put the blame back on me saying I hadn’t given them a written notice. It intrigues me that not only did the Agency show no interest in following up with their customer but also they had no qualms collecting money from a customer for ‘zero’ service. In taking recourse to their terms and conditions the Agency has very comfortably avoided their own responsibility, i.e following up with the customer. Overall a terrible experience.

I use Arising cleaner's on a weekly basis and I am extremely happy with the level of service provided, I highly recommend using this agency for regular cleaning services, my cleaner Carmen is very honest and reliable.

I started with Arising back in January 2019 and I haven’t looked back since, I researched many franchises before moving forward with Arising and I must say I have been very happy with the franchise, If you work hard and have patience and a small amount of capital you can build a successful business that will give you long term freedom, I have 46 regular clients currently and I am already in profit! I am now looking to take on a second territory within the next couple of months. Danny
