I ordered 2x Ariston immersions
I ordered 2x Ariston immersions.
They were sent out super quick with tracking details I can’t fault the delivery and description of the parts they were spot on but why not include an immersion fibre washer with every immersion like everyone else does.
no one has ever replaced the old immersion and thought that 10 year + old immersion washer will be fine 😒.
I arrived at the job, drained down the cylinder opened both immersions ready to fit and none of them had washers so I had to waste time going to a plumbing shop trying to find 2x correct washers.
For the sake of £2.50 each just add it on to the price of the part I don’t understand the logic behind leaving them out.
Overall I am happy with the service but I will double check when the parts arrive to see if I need to buy washers or orings separately.
I left a star off because you left a fibre washer off.

I'm changing my review to 5 stars as they dispatched before Xmas which was excellent so my 1st was more of a Christmas humbug moment. Fed Ex are still knocking the delivery back unfortunately.

Apologies for the delay Neil. We dispatched the items on the 23rd with a next day request with the carrier. It looks like they delivered one of the parcels and the other is due today. Unfortunately, delivery over the Xmas period can be frustratingly unreliable no matter which carrier is used. Apologies once again.

It was easy to narrow down which product i had and order the correct parts. Prices were very reasonable compared with alternatives. Delivery would be expensive for a single small item but in my case the reasonable prices offset the delivery cost compared to alternative suppliers. Delivery was prompt.
