The manager declined to discuss directly…
The company refused to discuss directly or accept even partial responsibility for the part their incomplete website info played in a very expensive part order that could quite understandably not be reversed. Wouldn't even come to the phone or offer the token of small discount or free postage on the replacement. Call handler in contrast was wonderfully polite and helpful

A disappointing experience
While the part dispatched looked to be the correct one. the fixing clips and tabs to attach the cover to the control panel were in the wrong locations. I now have to figure out how to return it and ask for a refund.

The turn around time was excellent
The turn around time was excellent. No issues at all with the spare part ordering system.
The reason I gave 4 stars is the part was half the price of the product I was 50/50 if I was going replace it.
If I had to pay someone to fit it, defiantly not worth it,
