The wallet itself is impressive—well-built, professional packaging, and a solid design (though slightly less width would make it perfect). Their service is also great; they missed a keyring in my order but sent a replacement within a week of my email.
​However, the marketing is a complete "misleader." I was cross-shopping this with several other wallets on Amazon, and the deciding factor that made me choose Aristo Vault was the belief that it was "Made in the USA" in Colorado. Their ads explicitly use the American flag and claim to ship from a USA warehouse. If I had known this was actually coming from China, I would have just ordered a similar one on Amazon for a better price and 2-day shipping.
​Furthermore, the website uses various state and military logos to imply official partnerships, but there is zero proof that these partnerships actually exist. I don’t mind buying quality imports, but I do mind being lied to about a product's origin and credentials just to get a sale. Great wallet, but the dishonest branding is very annoying.

My husband did not like this wallet. I submitted form to make a return. They replied that they wanted us to submit a video. I replied that I was not submitting a video. He didn't like the wallet, it was in original packaging and we wanted a return. Never heard back from them. Website claims you can return. They show a CO address, but actually wallet ships from China. I would never have ordered if I knew this. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
