I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Aritzia. I purchased a Super Puff™ item that turned out to be of poor quality, and when I reached out regarding the issues, I was met with dismissive responses. Instead of taking responsibility for what is clearly a manufacturing defect, Aritzia expects me to pay extra fees for an exchange. As a customer, I should not have to bear the cost for a product that fails to meet basic quality standards. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I hope Aritzia improves both their product quality and customer care in the future.

I ordered a coat and it was delivered quickly however it was to the wrong address and I never received the coat. I called 3 times and received emails saying case closed but that was an error and no body replied to me. Very tricky to deal with. Staff always polite but not getting anywhere fast.
Orders Cancelled and Then Sent and Charged
I ordered a hoodie that would be delivered in a month. The money immediately came out of my account. A week later the money was returned to my account. I ordered another hoodie in a different colour. Money came out of my account immediately. Same thing happened. The money was returned to my account a week later. I spoke to someone virtually at Aritzia, they told me the orders were canceled due to insufficient inventory.
Today, one of the sweatshirts arrived and the cost was taken out of my account. I was told the orders were cancelled. I was not prepared to have $90 taken out of my account today. As a result, 2 other payments bounced, resulting in charges for me. This seems like very bad business practice to suddenly take $90 out of a client's account after telling her the order was canceled. And also, there was no explanation emailed or given about the products I ordered not being available anymore. I've never experienced anything like this before. Spoke to a supervisor at Aritzia. She acknowledged they gave me the wrong information and said there was nothing she could do.

Apparently they didn’t have that size so the item was cancelled the next day.
Unfortunately because I was using Afterpay, this has now cause so much stress because, 6 days later Afterpay still dont have notice that the order was cancelled.
If aritzia fixed their system, then people wouldn’t have to order items that they don’t have in stock!
Of course I’ve called multiple times and their customer service is useless and cannot help me get my money back.

Stranger Danger
I bought a blouse that was never received, I spent weeks communicating this. I received a call that the stranger that received my package and was kind enough to call it in. Aritzia explained that since that package was delivered (even if it’s the wrong address) they cannot help me. They suggested that I meet up with the stranger who contacted them to get my package. This is dangerous and terrible advice.
Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy for clothes that did not stand up to quality. Had a pair of jeans ($150) that were worn three times and the button popped off; Aritzia would not return or repair the jeans.
Bought a cashmere sweater ($180), and a sweatshirt, worn once, washed according to directions, and shrunk so much that I can’t wear anymore. Didn’t even try to return because I know Aritzia won’t do anything for me.
From now on, I’m shopping at Nordstrom and other retailers that stand behind their quality. What a shame for Aritzia because I have two daughters that love Aritzia and have spent thousands of dollars here, but because of Aritzia’s low-end return policy, I will not be spending my money here.

Great Concierge Experience
I spoke with one of Aritzia's concierges named Porcha, and she was extremely helpful. I'm from Australia and ordered my first Super Puff, but the sizing was a bit off. She assisted me with the exchange process and was very understanding of the challenges associated with international purchasing. All my other purchases fit perfectly. I'm looking forward to shopping with Aritzia more often.

I had a terrible experience with Aritzia’s customer service and return policy. First, the staff seemed uninterested in helping me get my Christmas purchase from my husband return., we kept the rest of the purchase, that was around $1000.
They were dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel like my concerns didn’t matter.
Second, their return policy is overly strict and not at all customer-friendly. I attempted to return an item that was unworn and still had tags, but because it was slightly outside their narrow return window, they refused to issue a refund and direct me to the online concierge.
After an hour chatting with them, I finally got a return authorization for the store to issue me a refund.
Guess what? They still didn’t want to do my refund, and accused me that the jacket was damage and worn, when never left the bag that i received as a present.
It felt like they cared more about their rigid rules and they target number and goals than retaining me or my family as a customer.
For a brand at this price point, I expected much better. This experience left me incredibly frustrated, and I will never again shop at Aritzia.
If you value good customer service and flexible policies, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Keep in mind, I’m in Luxury Retail Management at the same location as Aritzia South Park Mall, Charlotte, Nc.
They still didn’t care even just a little bit to do the right thing.

Aritzia's policy is to bill you for your order.... then as the items ship out, they bill you AGAIN for every single item. Then within 5 business days "you should get a refund for the first full payment" says the agent I spoke with.
I was getting fraud alerts the day after I placed my order. I authorized a $1,500... not $3,000. How is that legal?
awful experience
awful! bought two vests, one in gray and one in blue. the gray was perfect, the blue was nothing like the photos and looked to be a lower quality look alike. notified customer service and they said they couldn’t offer a refund or do anything about it. and i had to email them for an entire month. i attached photos for proof and yet they still did nothing to help with the situation. not only that, but i ordered a sweater online for in store pick up as a gift. however, the sweater wouldn’t arrive in time so i tried to cancel it. they don’t allow cancellations, so i waited for them to automatically cancel the order for me after it was ready in the store for three days. they would not cancel the order until i reminded them several times. i expected more from a company with prices as high as theirs, but i should have known based on the types of materials they use that they wouldn’t care about their customers. stay far away from them. they are doing anything to try and scam customers out of their hard earned money by using cheap look a likes and tactics to withhold payments.

Have been having the most horrible experience with Aritzia. I bought a dress there in late November at the Roseville, CA store. I was charged twice, but the sales person insisted the first transaction didn't go through and would "disappear". Fast forward to seven calls later with customer service as of course the charge never "disappeared". Aritzia promised the charge would be gone by 1/3/25, but of course it is still there, and they have stopped returning messages. Too bad their customer service is so horrible, as I liked their clothes, but this is fraud!

Returned pants and shirt in the same package they arrived in. Dropped off with Fed Ex 12/13 verified deliver 12/16. Pants credited promptly, nothing on the shirt. Called 12/21. Confirmed they received both, but said it may take longer for credit. Called 1/4 Said to wait until after 1/6 and it will be resolved. No phone call no email. Called 1/9. They said they didn't receive the pants after telling twice on 12/21 and 1/4 they had them. Disputing with my credit card while they investigate. An absolute joke. I have spent over 3 hours on hold with them. They will not give out and number so I can avoid calling back in and waiting on hold

I recently placed an order and requested for a return for some of the items since almost 2 weeks ago. Until today they still haven't sent me a return shipping label even though I've been following up with them every single day. No one ever replies if you send email to Aritizia Concierge and if you try to do live chat no associate is available. And it's not practical for me to call their number as I don't live in US/Canada. Their customer service is horrible!!!! No one ever replies your emails it's so ridiculous.

I recently ordered pants online because they didn’t have my size in the store. It was on sale but at no point when I was checking out did it indicate that the standard return policy wouldn’t apply. When I received the items they fit oddly so I decided to return them. Turns out, any item on sale - even if it’s something they always carry and is in a color that’s part of their core collection - is only returnable for store credit. This feels like a scam seeing as they’ve been selling their effortless pants for years and will undoubtedly be doing so for many more years. Well they’ve certainly lost a customer here. I would not have purchased these if I’d know there was a chance I wouldn’t be able to return them if they didn’t fit. I always check as I checkout to make sure there are no final sale notices and nothing came up. It feels exploitative and especially from a company that doesn’t need to be that way and can definitely afford to put customer service first.

Artizia blacklisted me and won't refund for package that was never delivered. FedEx said they delivered my package, but it never was. I asked my apartment concierge, who was at the front desk at the supposed time of delivery, and he said FedEx didn't come that morning. I also asked the concierge at other buildings, but they said FedEx didn't deliver that morning. Aritzia not only blacklisted me, but won't refund me for a package I never received.
