Bought items for a gift and am very happy with this company. Merchandise, communication and shipping were excellent. Would purchase from again in the future.

When I ordered my beads, I left a comment that I hoped they were better quality than the ones I had been receiving from other companies. I'd had particular problems getting this color of bead and kept getting beads that were either smaller or the wrong color.

Before shipping my order, David (from ABC) emailed me a photograph he'd taken of the beads. They looked good to me! I was quite impressed that he had taken the time to do this before sending the beads out. We exchanged a couple more emails...this company gets an A+ from me for communication and service.

Just got the beads in today's mail. Fast shipment, and the beads are perfect! I am beyond thrilled to finally get good quality beads.
