Ark7 is an Awesome Investment Platform
I have been using Ark7 for about a month. I have found this platform to be very user friendly and it gives a fractional realty investor an opportunity to own a piece of great real estate / properties in heavily desired locations.
I have purchased a lot of shares in the secondary market which is an awesome feature. I would like to see more new properties with shares for sale - these are pretty limited. I would also like to know more about the long-term sale strategy for each property which will aid in capturing the total return picture (like Arrived does).
Overall, I have had a great experience using the Ark7 platform and intend to invest in more prime properties with higher dividend income coupled with long-term growth potential.

I love the fact that I can invest in…
I love the fact that I can invest in real estate. I live in Hawaii and the pricing over here to even get started is unreasonably high. Just a few reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is for: as a beginner in real estate investing I wish we had more of an option on properties to invest in (more then single-family homes). I see a lot of potential in the multi-family homes as well as condos which include student dorms for college, traveling nurses, etc. A few that caught my eye was in Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis and Atlanta. Other then that, I'd hope to get better insight on how much of a payment is distributed to the investor unless I misunderstood the information listed. Overall an amazing app and loving it. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

I was a little bit confused at first
I was a little bit confused at first , but after I got the hang of it, it made sense. No issues after that and things went smoothly. I do wish Ark7 had more properties available for everyone to invest in, and not just accredited investors.

Good for the Company, not for Rest of Us
I think the buy time time is excessively long. The ark7+ vs "regular" ark7 is a garbage demarcation. The six months waiting period to withdraw my own money is garbage. I feel the return is not great, I see better points from banks and even govt bonds. I can see that from your pov this is great, but as a small consumer I'm being robbed.
