Ordered a product last November
Ordered a product last November, went back and forth with customer support because they said they couldn't find a way to ship to me in APO, so I asked for a refund. They took 2 weeks to respond and they tried saying they shipped my order via other means. I ended up recieving an empty package that I then rejected at the post office. Asked for another refund and never got a response. Completely garbage company, they need to do better. Never recieved the product or my money back.
