I have two experiences with Arket
I have two experiences with Arket. I decided to try Arket by buying a shirt in the sale online. At half price it seemed a good idea to check out their quality. The item finally arrived after 8 days which I thought a very poor service - I didn't need it next day but feel 3-4 days should be possible! The linen shirt itself was okay - well made and reasonable quality but certainly not worth full price of over £55.
As I was in London I thought I'd try their shop in Regent St. I had wanted to check out their other shirt in particular the poplin range. Thanks to the lack of proper labelling and signage I couldn't find the range. I tried 2 members of staff and eventually they brought the shirt to me. By this time I had lost interest ...and the quality was again not high enough to justify the price. So I left.
I won't be bothering again with Arket but at least they provide some competition to Uniqlo who seem to have upped their game.
Not received the item or a refund.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with ARKET. I placed an order on June 18th worth 80 euros, and to this day, I have not received the item or a refund.
Despite sending multiple emails to customer service explaining the situation — including the failed delivery and the issues with the pick-up point — I still haven’t received any resolution. The responses have been unhelpful, and no meaningful action has been taken.
It’s unacceptable for a brand at this level to leave a customer without their order or their money for over a month. I expected much better service and accountability from ARKET, and I’m very disappointed.
I sincerely hope ARKET reconsiders how they handle situations like this in the future. Until then, I would not recommend ordering from them unless you're prepared to deal with unresolved issues and poor follow-up.
Horrible online shopping experience
I like the clothes, but will never buy from them anymore. Like the other reviewers I had horrible online shopping experience. My orders are delayed, customer service doesn’t care at all. Also I am waiting for a refund from them, that is delayed too.
Love the clothes, HATE shopping online.
Their online experience is SO FRUSTRATING. I wasted so much time refilling my address details because the stock was not updated, or in the case of Ireland, the county dropdown only displays 4 options (mine being missing so you have to choose a random once and hope for the best). The website is so buggy! and filters are completely useless so for sales you have to go over thousands of item and you can't filter by size or type of item. Being a customer for years but I'll stop shopping online because the experience is so bad and frustrating. So much wasted time. On top of that, the shipping cost is super expensive (7 eur) in the case of Ireland plus 5 euro for refunds.
Wrong order, item returned, but can not get my money back
They sent me the wrong item — completely different from what I ordered on their website. I returned it, but now I can’t even get my money back! I called customer service, and they confirmed they’ve received the parcel, yet they still tell me to just wait. From start to finish, this has been a frustrating experience. Stay away!”
Appalling customer service – hung up on, misled, and left chasing
Truly appalling experience with Arket’s customer service. My parcel was delayed by Evri for several days, and despite contacting Arket multiple times, I was met with contradictory information, no action, and rudeness.
I was told three different things by three different advisors:
• One said to wait until the next day
• Another told me to wait until Saturday
• A third said to wait until the 23rd
Instead of escalating to Evri or taking ownership as the retailer, I was passed around with no resolution. To make things worse, multiple customer service agents hung up on me mid-call when I asked reasonable questions or pushed for a refund.
Eventually, I had to push hard just to get a refund, and even then, I wasn’t sent any confirmation — so I still have no idea if it was actually processed.
This experience has been unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming, and dismissive. For a supposedly premium brand, Arket’s customer service is shockingly poor.

Unreliable and really unhelpful customer service
I placed an order in May; it was shipped to the nonexistent address (Ljubljana, Belgium), although the delivery address in my account is correct. I called customer service, which was unhelpful - they said that the order would be returned and refunded (it took them a month to process it). No effort was made to actually deliver the order to the right address.
Scum company
how has this company not been investigated? I waited 3 weeks no parcel came, i rang customer support, they wait for you to call them otherwise they do nothing, thieves how is this legal?
Arket online stock control is woeful…
Arket online stock control is woeful and most in stock items disappear from your order AFTER purchase and postage charged. They should cease taking orders until its fixed. They also refuse to cancel these orders and insist you return losing your postage fee keeping your money through the process. I wonder how this is legal.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Very poor customer service, my parcel was sent back to the warehouse due to them unable to deliver and they couldn’t send me another one back? What a waste of time and money. Will not be shopping with these guys again.

Terrible! Orders cannot be cancelled apparently their internal policy is different to EU law that allows 14 days to cancel know as cool off period. Made an order and it was confirmed when received email regarding shipping and have just cancelled one item as it was Out of stock. I may have not ordered it if I knew it was OOS. Terrible experience overall. Still awaiting multiple refunds.
Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. Received notification that they are shipping my order to the wrong address (a different town!). Although they know this, and haven't shipped the item yet, they refuse to amend the address. I am being told that I have to wait until it isn't collected by me, and returned to them, before issuing a refund. Or I can pay again now!! DO NOT USE!!!!
One of the worst online experiences
One of the worst online experiences. Purchased item which was originally to be delivered within 4-5 days. Received a tracking information. Delivery had not arrived in time provided in the tracking. 2 days later another email with brand new tracking information and promises of imminent delivery a no news for 2 days. Contacted customer services and finally told it would be up to another 8 days for the delivery by which time I’d be away on holiday for which I bought the item for.
Out of product and out of pocket for almost a month and now have to wait up to 14 days for a refund .. complete joke. AVOID.
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever.
The store make a promotion on their page. After the order was complete and paid there are no information from the store whats is going.
After quick call with customer service I received the info that the promotion was a „mistake” and they try to decide if they would send the goods or maybe not.
I also received the info that thaey dont know when they will decide, but I cant cancel my order.
So they can, but you dont.
Not taxes and duties inclusive and does not refund taxes for returns
International order experience is horrendous. I followed the sizing chart and measurements to a tee measuring myself again and again and when I received the many pairs of jeans and trousers I ordered, they are falling off my hips, there is no redemption or any way to even wear them out cos they are ridiculously off the sizing charts. Worse thing is, the international orders is not taxes and duties inclusive and when you return the order due to incorrect sizing chart, no refunds of taxes and duties paid PLUS you have to pay for shipping for returns yourself. Terrible terrible service. Never again.

Delivery and Refund were Painfully Slow
Delivery was very very slow. Unfortunately the dress I ordered was not suitable and I returned it. Refund was not within 14 days - they drag it out to take 14 days. Worst delivery and refund timeframe of any company I have ever ordered from.
