Sent the wrong product
Ordered Aintree after requesting a couple of samples (the wrong ones sent twice) but received a cheaper product grand 30. And it arrived late.
Didn't know it was not what I ordered / a cheaper product until I finished the installation when there was a label on the inside of the carrier roll and I challenged the firm.
And it looks more shiny and doesn't brush out as well. Pretty pissed off after trying for weeks to get the right sample and the being sent the wrong (and cheaper) product. I expect at least a refund.
You'd think with a poor rating on here they'd try to improve.
Annoyed to say the least.
I won't offer a recommendation.

Do not use this company shocking paid done my order got delivery date and tracking number and delivery company I tried tracking my item on day of delivery and the tracking number did not work then I got message saying sorry out of stock . So I called and said you told me it’s been collected and being delivered today not only did they commit fraud giving a tracking number that did not excist with tuffnels parcels they lied saying being picked up and on route . Soo asked if they had alternative as they advertise loads different artificial grass but she said no sorry we are struggling we can send when we source next . Wow artificial grass suppliers you need to stop advertising and taking money for products you can’t get wish I read your reviews first

Product delivery times were spot on.
The product I bought was artificial grass, which was of excellent quality.

2nd time just as good as the 1st
This is the second time I have used this company because I found them so good the first time. I ordered some outside rubber mats this time and the company even kindly gave me a discount to help with the purchasing of the product. Delivery was within 2 days and again the product, price and customer service was all absolutely excellent

Bought 3 rolls of the same grass on different occasions within a week or 2. Completely different grass arrived each time and not the sizes we ordered.
We are having to rip it all up now. We gave this company a good chance at sorting the problem but they ignored over 100 calls and promised call backs which never happened.
Their reviews across all platforms says it all. Bunch of gangsters.
I really want potential buyers to know how serious I am PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have cost us thousands of pounds and we are now taking legal action for damages.

Terrible company
Terrible company, appalling customer service and rude staff.
I bought 10 mats on 3 April for a mare who is due to foal and due to the Easter holiday agreed delivery on the following Tues. I didn't receive any confirmation of purchase or delivery from them so on the Tues called Tufnells to request.a rough idea of delivery. I was informed that there was nothing for me. I called Ark to be told it was a mistake and that they would investigate and call me back. They didn't and I called them to be told it was definitely out for delivery next day. The next day as I called Tufnells for a time slot and was again told there was nothing for me either at the.depot or out for delivery. I called Ark who said they would investigate and call back. They later advised that the Tufnells van had broken down and the items could not be recovered?!? Tufnells still advise that they did not have a delivery for me either in their depot or on a van. They also had no knowledge of a broken down van. I called Ark back and asked for a refund which they promised would be done straight away. I then ordered from 'Horsemat' who were fantastic and thoroughly professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having read the reviews I do not believe they ever sent the mats and think they're just totally incompetent. The refund from Arkmat arrived 3 days later without any apology. Avoid this company.

Happy with grass but not logistics
The customer service replies fast. But to get my grass it has taken me over two weeks, it was a nightmare.
First and all the courier company they use is atrocious (impossible to track and contact)
I ordered two rolls of grass expected on Saturday and did not come until Tuesday and they brought me one roll I wanted but with the wrong measurements and a second roll was a different type of grass. Thus, they came at different times with the same tracking number.
I phoned and They kindly organised collection and replacement. The Rolls were meant to be collected on Thursday and they did not collect them until Tuesday. But the delivery man did turn up the following day after the first rolls arrived with a roll I did not order but was addressed to me which I refused to accept. When the courier finally arrived for collection and to make matters worse, the delivery man made an absolute mess of my newly compacted soil while dragging the rolls all over the garden, I told the courier company and Ark and they did not seem to bother. This has cost me money and time to fix.I never received any reply about the mess they caused even after reporting it and sending pictures.
The rolls I needed they finally arrived on Thursday. All in all, two weeks to get two rolls of grass with the constant contacting and hassle of chasing the whereabouts.
Although the company responded to calls and eventually got what I needed they have spoilt my soil which I had to fix and it has taken me two weeks. I have given them 3 stars because they replied.

DO NOT USE. FAIL TO DELIVER ON TIME!!
After arranging and paying for workers to come and do my garden this weekend, I ordered artificial grass 6 days ago from Arkmat with the delivery date of 2-3 days. Assuming it would arrive on Wednesday (I ordered it on a Sunday) I took the day off work to wait for the delivery but nothing turned up. I then had an email from Tuffnells on the Thursday morning at 0630 to tell me the delivery was on its way so I had to call work and take last minute unpaid leave to wait for the delivery. I sat in the house all day (I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant so I could’ve done with getting out of the house!!) and it didn’t turn up at all. I called Tuffnells at 1715 to ask what’s going on and the lady told me it was cancelled this morning.. yet nobody told me anything. I was understandably furious after now two days of leave for a service that couldn’t be fulfilled. She told me it would be delivered Friday. Again, I took another days leave and waited for them to turn up. I had the same email at 0630 to say it’s on its way, I called them in the morning, at 1500 and at 1750 to ask where the order was because shock horror it still hadn’t arrived. I was told every single time that it was still down as on its way. Obviously it didn’t ever turn up yet again. I now have workers in my garden who can only do half the job I’ve paid them for. I got an email this morning expecting them to deliver it today and it said it’ll be delivered on Monday!! 8 days after I’d ordered it!!
I understand that this is a Tuffnells issue, but I’ve been in contact with Arkmat and I feel like nothing has even been said to Tuffnells, they should’ve made sure they delivered on Friday, and after my email to them this morning they should’ve been on the phone trying to sort out a last minute delivery for this weekend at their expense.
I’m now having to pay extra for the workmen to come back and lay the grass next week (if it even turns up!!)
I am absolutely furious about the whole situation and I will never order anything from ArkMat again. Change your delivery drivers because they clearly can’t fulfill their duty and they lie to their customers numerous times.

there was a problem with the artificial grass but this was quickly resolved by immediate responses via whatsapp. Everything was handled very professionally.

I had mats delivered and one was damaged when delivered l paid over 700 pounds for 3 stables worth
Yet the company had the cheek of offering me £10 for the damaged mat

Shocking incompetence
Product arrived, looked worn, grass falling apart. Courier could even get it off the truck without damage.
Asked for it to be returned as quality shocking, they agreed to return. That’s only the half of it, 20 emails later, time taken off work, 3 couriers.
And still it sits on my driveway waiting to be picked up and refund issued.
Behind hopeless.

If i could give this company a 0 I would.
They have handled delivery of goods in awful way. They sent faulty mats that do align with one another and have gaps in the middle. They agreed to arrange collection for mats for refund.
Did not arrange for the correct size delivery pallets. Had to manually load them myself. Ark have have been telling me for a whole week that collection will be made on that day. And then collection does not happen. I have had to close my gym for over week whilst this is being sorted. They are not refunding me either. Even though half the mats were collected on a 2nd attempt. The mats were marked and had an uneven surface. They looked second hand. I have been through a lot of mental distress by this company. And they are continuing to mess me around. Ignore calls and emails. The next step I am taking is legal action

Great Service
I originally ordered 4 sample rubber tiles, which came shortly after ordering. I then purchased 15 tiles on Friday which were delivered to me on Monday. The tiles look and feel great. From my experience, I would not hesitate in ordering from Arkmat again.

ha ha lanky sime this is exactly what has happened to me to the letter!! ordered two weeks ago lied about sending on first carrier now saying the second carrier is delayed its just total B/S i get DPD here literally every day no problems and ARK are saying its about driver shortages. Well like 80% of the review writers here i am calling BS on these guys

Getting the run around
Ordered almost a fortnight ago, still waiting they blame the courier the courier blames them saying they have been allocated a order number but no collection as of yet ... When emailed they say they will chase then after I chased them again said they would wait while Monday and express ship next day. Now it is Wednesday Again same email from shipping company been allocated no collection as of yet ... Just get the run around and you have to chase them to find out what's happening. Poor all round ... Two more days and refund will be requested

Happy with service, purchased through eBay
Purchased 6 24mm EVA mats through eBay in January 2021. I’ve had the mats for 9 months and have even moved yards (and therefore relaid the mats) in that time. The mats have held their shape well, no bubbling, stretching or damage. I am very pleased and would recommend. Delivery was quick and free.
