Please first let me say sorry for this long review, I have been hosting with ASHosting for 10 months now and here are my thoughts:

Our clan has rented servers from many companies, including Host Havoc, Low.MS, Survival Servers, Nitrado, GTXGaming & More over the many years we have been gaming but none of them even come close to being on par with ASHosting.

Over 2 years I have been playing games and in that time the only company to make me feel appreciated whilst providing me with the absolute best server is ASHosting. Don't go to these corporate, out of date companies if you are in need of a server. Instead you should rent from ASHosting because they are killing it! Let me sum it for you:

I should also place a mention here about their Auto Mod Update System which they named "Evolved Mod Updater" - This program is something they created themselves, unlike other hosts who use an out of date tool that does not alwasy work. ASHosting's EMU is a real-time monitoring tool and from what they told me it queries the workshop every second for mod updates.

The moment it detects a mod it starts sending in-game notification messages to your server so that all connected players know that a mod update has been found and server will restart, then a count down begins and just before the server goes down the program auto saves the world, this is an amazing side feature because this makes sure that you do not have world curruptions.

They also have a mass mod install feature which is so fast, I inserted 15 mods into my GameUserSettings.ini, I clicked Install Mods button and went to make some tea, I forgot my cup so came back to the desk and peered at the screen it said all mods were installed successfully, I have litrerly just clicked it like 40 seconds ago!

With free BattleMetrics with every new signup (A Premium Rcon Tool Which Normally Costs $10.00 /month) in addition to everything else you get here and all for just the price of two coffees I am shocked that this company is not being raved about just like the lower quality hosts I mentioned above, it seems it's all about money, I guess ASHosting want to concentrate more on quality of service and reinvest their earnings into making things better compared to throwing money into advertising, which is very refreshing to see as you don't see many companies like that any more.

I received step by step tutorials for pretty much everything I asked. They were not pre-canned presponses because I asked them in discord and I watched them reply.

Full in depth guides were provided and I felt very welcome, enjoying the service and can't wait to purchase another 2 servers for my ARK cluster.

I wrote them a support ticket after renting my server and I got a reply within minutes. Priced very well and features are out of this world. I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the service so far

With my old provider Host Havoc my server lagged 24/7, took 4 days to get a reply to my ticket and even then they were not helpful, they did not even try, I had to look for another home and that's when I found ASHosting. Came here after reading online reviews from TP and ark forum. Sounds like a corny type thing to say but honestly the diff between them is obvs night and day. ASHosting is so far ahead in everything - customer services, support, tech, value and features.

Such a wonder to see a host take great care and pay attention to details, especially their customer services. Keep it up guys & Thank You!

At first I was surprised at how response the support is but now I am more surprised at just how fast their servers are. I have the 4.5GHZ and NVME upgrades and my server boots up super fast.

I have rented ark servers from 2 other companies who promised the world but never delivered. I am so happy to report that I am having a good experience here at ark server hosting (ashosting). I needed help with installing mods and their in-house created program is so simple to use.

I just add the mod id's to my gameusersettings.ini file and click the install mods button which then mass installs each mod direct from workshop at 10gbps - 20 mods installed in less than 1 minute.

I have recommended to my friends that if they need an ark server they should consider ashosting and I think you shoud too, i guarantee you won't regret it.

ASHOSTING do you good by giving wonderful service. I like especially the flexibility of upgrades.

This allowed me to grow my server as my community grew. I now have a cluster of 5 servers with them, couldn't be happier, I love this company.

Best server provider i've seen. I tried many other providers but i didn't get the same quality. I totally recommend! Admins are always online to help you with anything you need, easy to understand and manipulate the server config. Server never lag and i never got complaints about connections.

Very good server host. Has automatic mod updater, and steam updater. Also offers plugins from the Ark API. Can't find the plugin your looking for? Just message them, Chris and Carl are very helpful.

I stress tested the server, compeared to Nitrado it is less laggy. Less rubberbanding. So far so good!

We needed a server quickly - we had one with a different provider that wasn't working as it should and the solutions being offered up were simply unnacceptable. AS Hosting delivered a server in a fraction of the time expected and their support when I needed help was fantastic - we waited less than 4 minutes for a response. Combine this with the fast loading times and significantly better equipment and we couldn't be happier. This was without them knowing we needed it ASAP. We tweeted out about how helpful they had been - they replied to thank us.

You really won't find a better company for an Ark server, customer support or price! Very, very grateful to these guys for saving a 24 hour stream, saving us money and providing such a great level of quality in everything!

Even though my server is new I am incredibly happy with the service I have received so far, and I would happily recommend to anyone.

Pros: The UI is wonderfully made, the support system is top notch, they have support ticket and they have discord.
I have checked every corner of all the pages, and everything, and I cannot come up with anything other than super good done. They really care about the customers. The price for this stuff is unbeatable.
Cons: None.

I think they do a great job. I have contacted their support a few times and each time they reply quickly without issue and i get answers to my questions from polite and professional staff members. Prices are also good and their servers perform really well. A+ Service & Support!

I strongly recommend this company for anyone looking to rent a game server. They have discord support also which no other host currently has. My ping to my server is less than 10ms and I paid 50% less compared to my old host.

The best thing I love about their service is by far the auto mod update system which they developed themselves, it's the only program of it's kind and unique to ARKServerHosting.co.uk which goes show how much they care about giving their customers the best possible service.

As you all may know keeping on top of mods is a nightmare and other hosts mod updates all time out, theirs however works perfect 24/7, They also have a mass install program which I used to install 20 of my mods in less than 2 minutes. Without a doubt they are the best hosting company I have used.
