Slow Start but Brilliant Finish
It took awhile for customer service to contact me, which I was not happy about, to let me know one of the items ordered was not in stock. I was offered a refund for the out of stock item and delivery of the rest. Once that was decided, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of actions by Arktastic. A parcel was sent on the same day which contained a complimentary alternative colour to my cancelled item eventhough it was being refunded. The other nice surprise was the refund was for the whole amount of the order and not just for the out of stock item. There is more.. they have promised to send me the other colour once it is back in stock. So a slow start but they certainly made up for it and I won't hesitate to order from them again. Thank you.

Prices very reasonable especially as items were being shipped from here in Australia and not from asia. As items were located in Australia, arrived very fast. Great range of products, they didn't have everything I wanted but had most.
