I insured my van with Arkwright and after 7 days they canceled my policy, they didn't reimburse me, they don't answer my email and I'm here without insurance and without money now even though all the documents were provided

Up to 30 days for refund your money.......poor company!!! Dont use this guys

Samantha Walsh is a professional, courteous and very efficient Insurance advisor who sold me my first Van insurance policy. Ms Walsh has the rare ability, nay, talent even, of listening to her client. Impressed. Very.

I was a little disappointed that the Company are not taking calls because of Covid. I sent an email at 7pm last night and by 11am they were on the phone today. Excellent service from Tiana. What a lovely attitude and she was so pleasant. Went through the application forms and sorted out the quote. Could not have been easier.

Trying to email arkwrightinsurance because they are not taking phone calls emailed them 15 times and not had a reply WHY

fantastic service given by tiana. lengthy process swapping insurance to new car using only e-mail but she really did do a great job.

I hold a policy for one year with Arckwright, paid them nearly£1450,00.
This year I didn’t renew with them last week got cheaper quote with new van insurance provider, I asked Arkwright to send proof of my no claim discount. They sent me but there was a claim which I never claimed but because I just had reported someone had broken my mirror without any claim. They filled it and now it cost me more with new one and they ignore my request, people need to be aware of there service, very poor and ignorance, may be couple of people in a corner shop recently opened a business they don’t care about costumers reviews
You need to be careful who is you insurance provider

I struggle to find my no claims to start my new insurance with this company an I’ve gone through so much and wasn’t thinking straight an samantha rang me an went through everything together so patient with me helped me so much it was like I knew her for years that’s how easy she was to talk to not just for the business side but treated me like a human she’s such a credit to the company an she helped me more than she could ever imagine I look forward to the future doing business with them your such a credit samantha an I couldn’t of got through today without you .
