Over the past three years, I have applied for the Class 1 Driver position at your Burton-on-Trent site eight times, but each time my application has been rejected without any follow-up or invitation to interview.

I find this situation very discouraging, especially considering my qualifications: I have over 6 years of experience as an HGV Class 1 driver, a clean license, all necessary cards (CPC, tachograph, etc.), no infringements, and a strong record of training and compliance. I am also a local resident in Burton-on-Trent, which should be seen as an advantage in terms of flexibility and reliability.

At this point, I am starting to feel that my applications may not be assessed fairly, or that there may be personal bias involved at the local level. I hope the head office can look into how candidates are being selected and whether the process is being conducted transparently and fairly.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Arla Foods for their outstanding customer service. I recently contacted them about a bottle of milk that had deteriorated before its sell-by date—not expecting much, just wanting to let them know. To my surprise, I received an immediate and incredibly positive response.

Their professionalism, speed, and genuine care were so refreshing. If every company treated their customers the way Arla does, the world would truly be a better place. Thank you, Arla, for turning a small issue into a big reminder of what great service looks like!

Arla has now proven they can no longer be trusted.. I will no longer be buying Arla, nor products that has Arla ingredients.

This is now the 2nd time buying milk in with the sell by date or use by date on the bottle 10 January 2024 so should be good. But it's OFF and sour made me ILL not happy going to shop somewhere else now craverndale milk is nice but shall not be buying it Ever again sorry lost customer 😭 going on FB page to complain too horrible experience
