Bought two pieces of gold-colored…

Bought two pieces of gold-colored pelicans (according to the picture in ad), cool to use as key or small gadget storage.

Received 1 copper-colored pelican.

When I on most occasions either pointed out that I did not receive what I paid in advance for, I received strange mambojambo answers in return.

$ 40 is not a lot of money to argue about, but could just as well have used it for something else or thrown it into the lake because that would have been my case.

Painted the pelican that we got with gold paint and it now gilds our entrance in Alanya.

Faulty products, not willing to replace them.

Took a couple of months for a faulty product to arrive.
Requested a replacement- They said they sent it, then they stopped responding to emails.
Replacement has never arrived- 8 months from original order date.
Terrible company, selling cheap crap at inflated prices then ducking out of any customer service.

This company deserves NO stars

This company deserves NO stars. This so called company sucks!!! I ordered a lamp almost 3 months ago and still no delivery. You try their customer service number and all you get is some idiot with a drugged out voice saying all operators are busy leave an email. So you leave an email like I have several times over the last 2 months and someone who calls herself Cristine Villanueva writes back saying the same thing...your package is in transit. And she goes on to say she will be there if I need anymore help. So when you still do not receive your package going on 3 months now, hmmm gee, where is this idiot who claims she will be there to help. Nowhere to be found!!! No one is there to help you. They will not send you your order and they will not give your your money back!!! Please, do not order from Arlo Desire. They are not a real company. Total scam. And the worst part about all this, is what I ordered was a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday was at the end of July. This company is not even registered with the BBB. I tried going that route also and BBB says the so called company is not good enough to be accredited by the BBB. That ought to tell anyone who reads this review something. Believe me a freakin yard sale is better then even wasting your time with these criminals.

Damaged Order from Arlo Desires

When I received my garden statue, there was a chunk broken off from the back. Since I would be responsible for return shipping costs, and I could arrange it so the damage would not be seen, I decided to keep it. I contacted customer service, included a picture, and told them about the damage and asked for a discount off the price of the statue. After a month of going back and forth with this company and not receiving any discount, they finally sent me a letter apologizing for “late delivery” and offering me a 15% discount off my next order. (Like I will be ordering anything from this company ever again.). This company does NOT care about its customers at all. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize Arlo Desires. They are terrible.

Scam company

Scam company! Avoid! Sends wrong items, then tells customer to pay for shipping from US back to UK. Would not reimburse or pay for shipping.

Long delivery period, poor quality

I waited more than two months for a lamp. The lamp wasn't working which might be due to the low quality of the electrical cabling. It looked really fragile. Also the lamp looked differently than pictured on the homepage.
The customer service reacted to my mails but only with standard phrases. Nice but not really helpful.

Shame on You arlodesire!

I ordered a shirt in L. I recieved (finally…) an XXL Yes, I Can return the product, But I have to Pay for the return costs 😳 After several e-mails, the Only answer is ‘ Its Our return policy’. At my 3th and Same respons; ‘It is a wrong delivery…’ They suddenly stopped. Terrible terrible service. Shame on You arlodesire 🤬

Arlo Desire is a a scam. They do not ship purchased items.

I ordered an item on May 11th processing the order through PayPal. as of July 20th the item has not been received and Arlo Desire has provided invalid tracking numbers and refused to process a refund saying, "You can send it back for a refund after you receive the item." I reached out to PayPal today who has refunded my money and noted that they have had several complaints about Arlo Desire not sending purchased items. PayPal has also shut them down from using their service for transactions. Bottom line, Arlo Desire is a scam.

Where's my stuff

I ordered an item from them back in the middle of May and was told it shipped and they gave me tracking information. The tracking number is a fake, I contacted them and was told it's on its way but it has never arrived. The contract person I was dealing with stopped responding. In my opinion the add for the product was probably a fake too. I really wouldn't order anything else from them ever. There is an update to my review. I finally received my order but it came in a box that was tattered and old. The lamp was stuffed in a box that was too small for it. There was some damage to the product as well. The lamp was slightly bent and the power cord was damaged and the light bulb was missing. I stand by my comments about this whole ordeal. This was a birthday gift for someone and it ruined the experience.

Never received item!

Never received item! They sent a bad tracking number and keep telling me it’s coming. 2 months later and here we are. I filed a dispute with MasterCard, got my money back and they will handle Arlo-POS-desire!!!! Ugh! Don’t order from them!

SCAM COMPANY

Never order anything from this junkhole. I ordered a WOOD wreath that was already put together and received a literal piece of styrofoam and some pieces of fabric to use to put this together myself. I paid $42 and it wasn't even worth $5, but they refused to even refund my shipping after sending me straight garbage.

When I tried to return it, they weren't willing to even cover return shipping charges and I was going to have to pay to ship it back to the UK to the tune of about $16 MYSELF. It wasn't that I didn't like what I had ordered, I didn't RECEIVE what I ordered.

BEWARE. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS.

GET AWAY FROM ARLO DESIRE !

I ordered 4 articles on May 2021. Two of them have been arrived, one looks really cheap and fragile.

The two others have disappeared. I have no tracking number and I did contact the vendor but I'm fighting for more than a month now to get a refund but it's really complicated to communicate with them.

No refund, no articles, no satisfaction.

SCAM

SCAM! Have been waiting over 7 weeks for delivery. Every time I communicate with their customer support they blame the issue on glitches with their tracking system. I ask for the name of the courier they are using -- DHL, UPS, FedEx -- and they will not supply the info, they only give a broken tracking system. Do not fall victim to scam.
