Placed an order without realising delivery date was too far in the future for when i would need it. When i emailed to ask for a date they offered a goodwill payment of £10 for the delay or a full refund. I chose a full refund. My emails were responded too within 24 hours and they were very easy to communicate with. Refund also received within 3 days of requesting it. Will definitely use again now i know the customer service is so good and they are so easy to communicate with

Terrible service. I bought 3 items. 2 arrived. I can’t speak to anyone just email which takes over a week to respond. So when they email me, I respond, it takes a week to get another response and so on.

I want to return my items, but I only have 2 of the 3 and have no one to speak to about this.

AVOID THIS DREADFUL COMPANY

Sizing snd quality not as advertised. Over priced items.

Returns request is being rejected and covid pandemic is being used as justification ?

Possibly the most bizarre online shopping experience I've encountered. Delivery took much longer than stated by the company, with an unusable and incoherent tracking system. When the garment arrived it was not as depicted in the image in the online catalogue and had a section that was threadbare. I informed the company that I was going to return the garment and request a refund. Armada Deals' Customer Services wrote back asking for photographs of the threadbare area. These were duly sent. Customer Services then asked for further photographs of the damaged area. By this time I had put the garment back in the post to the company's address. Armada Deals emailed asking for tracking details. Again, these were sent and several days later a refund was issued. Two weeks after we though this issue had been resolved, the garment was returned to us by Royal Mail with 'Not known at this address' marked on the envelope. My advice would be to avoid this company - there's plenty of better online providers out there.

DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. This is my third review of this “company”, the ones who say “we will reply to you within 24 hours. We must be in different time zone as I’m still waiting for a response to one of my many emails regarding an incorrect order that was received. Next step is trading standards.

This company is a Scam! do not buy from them! they take your money from your account instantly and there are no way to cancel the purchase. It takes 2months to get the money back and only after I contact my bank to raise a dispute. They tried to make delivery of the item even when I have cancel the order, I have to refused delivery 2times, luckily someone is always at home. Scammers!!! Fraudsters!!

Total waste of money

Placed order approx 5th July, money taken from my account 7th July, no order confirmation, no replies from customer service after sending 3 emails. Now the 16th July still nothing, very bad customer service who say they aim to reply within 24 hours. Rubbish.Finally on the 20th July I received my order, still no communication. Better late than never.

I ordered a mini handbag for my niece from this website since 1st July and I didn't receive it until 14th July.
First thing I read was it would take 3-5 working days to receive it and they sent me an email with the Evri company delivering the item but no tracking number was given until I had to send them an email.

When I complained, they replied to me saying that the delivery was not 3-5 days instead 8-10 days making me feel like a fool.
I kept on sending emails asking and they kept on adding the delivery days. I was told that the item has reached the my local area and it will take another 2-3 days before I receive it.
In this day and age delivery inside the UK takes 14 days?
This is the worst experience I have ever had with buying online and will never buy from them ever again.

Item wasn't what was expected how nigotiated replacement with no problems

Thank you for the foot sander which arfived in good time,It works beautifully and I am very pleased with it! And I have found the communications with the time to be warm and helpful. Over all a satisfactory buy!

I ordered a heated gilet, it took a while to arrive but I was happy with the quality. It was very lightweight and soft fabric, only problem was, it was way too small. Communication with the seller was excellent, they provided a UK return address and full refund so I could order in another size asap.
Please note this item doesn't come with a battery (it does say that but I didn't read it) you will need a decent size strong battery pack, they sell them on Amazon for about £20.
