Foot grinder failure

I purchased a foot grinder but the unit operated only once and then failed. After the initial charge the unit worked for a couple of minutes and then would not charge again.

i ordered a purple bag

i ordered a purple bag, but received a black one. Having been promised an email to let me know arrival day - none came and nothing from the carrier. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive having been promised 5 - 10 working days.

Absence of any communication

No shipment updates, no tracking information available, no identifying purchase details, no response to the email. Refund was sought via paypal .

Customer service is none existent

Easy enough to order from website. Once our BBQ arrived it became obvious very quickly that it was damaged in multiple places. The instructions are the worst I have ever had to try and understand!! I emailed them pictures of the damaged parts as I can’t find a contact number. I am still waiting on a response from them and it’s been over a week now.
