Made it easy for AML and fund checking to proceed in seconds.

The Armalytix verification process with JS Law was smooth, straightforward, and very easy to follow. The platform is well designed, secure, and clearly guided me through each step of the source-of-funds and income verification process.

Everything was explained clearly, and I appreciated how quickly the system reviewed and completed the checks. It made what could have been a stressful compliance stage feel very simple and organised.

Thank you to the JS Law team for a professional and efficient service.

I know the checks have to be made for money laundering which I found quite intrusive but necessary. The process took me a while, having to find the required information but it was all quite straightforward.

Was forced to use this service by my conveyancers. Had already provided them my proof of source of funding through their own app, however a week later was told to do it all again with armalytix.com.
It took me hours of trying to use this terrible site. Every bank I tried (halifax, virgin, santander..) to login to threw different errors. After trying to contact the solicitor about the issues, and using armalytix's help system, I finally was able to send armalytix.com a message of my issues, and was told I can just submit statements manually....
After doing that the site kept rejecting my uploads stating my monthly salary can't be found in my ISA... of course it can't my salary comes to my main current account. After then having to submit multiple current account statements before the site would let me progress, it then told me to identify how much money per year I get from my irregular (non-annual) bonuses I get. As I don't get bonuses every year that can't be answered.
After completing the whole process, the solicitor told me armalytix sent them an empty report and that I had to complete it again. After completing the entire thing again, my solicitor told me the report armalytix were sending them was unusable and that i'd need to pay additional fees each to submit my documents again through a more competent service. The whole thing feels incredibly shady to me.

I ended up having to change to another solicitor that doesn't depend on this unusable service.

So i received the trustpilot questionnaire "how easy & secure the process was."
answer: quite an easy process, however re: secure?
no idea.. Literally minutes after i completed this I'm asked how secure it's been? I'll only know in time if money or data goes awry.

Pretty straight forward to do, the help was useful when I did get little stuck 😊

awful app/service for trying to deal with an AML application. It doesn't connect to many types of banks or investment platforms and there is literally no support available at all. A complete waste of time

Edit: there are no live chat requests from me because the service was unavailable. Clicking Live chat did nothing.

I eventually fought my way through the forms by having to add the same information I had already supplied.

It would be helpful if your app actually said what was missing instead of making me guess.

Really impressed with the level of ease this system links with your banks etc. can take some time but much easier than uploading manual statements etc.
