Beware of shopping at Armeriapato.com
Bought a tripod from Armeriapato.com website which never arrived and after sending a slew of emails (which were never answered), finally tracked them down via Whatsapp. They used seven days of floods and acts of God as an excuse to justify why they hadn't sent the purchased item and fulfilled the order. Yet they couldn't be bothered to respond to any of my emails/enquiries. Finally they admitted to having sent the item out but then stated it had fallen foul of the customs - even though I live in another euro country. to be honest this standard of customer service is totally unacceptable, this is third and last time buying from online optical/sporting retail shops in Spain. All my experiences have been negative and with bad outcomes. As of writing this i am still waiting on a refund.
