Case wasn't what I was hoping for

Case wasn't what I was hoping for. It claims rainproof, but the packing claims otherwise. I intended to use it for mapping purposes in the side by side. Guess I will keep looking.

Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support, very friendly, honest and open.
I bought case for lenovo tab p11, and g-clamp X-P26T for boat usage,
quality is excellent, highly recommend

Bunch of crooks

This company is basically a bunch of crooks. They have little to no customer support. Returns have to be posted back to hong kong by recorded delivery which will cost you around £20, a refund is only forthcoming if they deem it appropriate, and even then it won't be a full refund

You can't talk to anybody sensibly about anything and when you do get a response it's typically ambiguous and half an answer. Thier website doesn't even have an email address or phone number.....they have a chat room where you can supposedly talk to one of thier agents......GOOD LUCK WITH THAT TOO.

Any money you spend with them you can basically kiss goodbye. They lack integrity, morals and honour

SCAM Products - stay away

This is a terrible product and fundamentally a scam. I ordered a case for an iPad Pro which was shipped from China with expensive customs fee. Total for the order was more than 130€.

The case that arrived was a poor cheap piece of plastic and the mound holder on the care was barely glued to the case. I was able to literally peel it off with one finger. I would love to post photos if this was possible.

BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered what I thought would be a good product. I read reviews and thought if I spend good money this should be a good product. Boy, was I wrong. I haven't even had this case with accessories for two months and the manufacturing process failed. I'm talking about the fabric finger loop. It completely broke under zero stress. The plastic holding down the fabric just cracked and the fabric detached. The finger loop was one of my main reasons for purchasing this case. I contacted Armor-X and they want me to pay a $20 shipping fee. They also said that it was a physical issue and it's not their problem. Well! BUYER BEWARE! You don't get what you paid for. Terrible customer service and terrible product. I hate to think how many customers have received basically a cold shoulder when asking for a replacement part due to a failure in the manufacturing of a product. The product wasn't mistreated in any way. Nor did the product fail due to neglect on the consumers part. And to think they called it military grade.
