Unfortunately I am not getting to try out this product as it has not arrived. Waited and waited for this item before going away. The Shopify app doesn't show the tracking details. Customer services tell me Yodel has it and then they tell me my local Post Office has it despite no notification and I able to inform me which Post Office. Seems Yodel may have lost it. If it does eventually arrive it will be too late for when it was required. Armor have kindly refunded me.

Knowing that child with autism can safely play tablet without damaging it or breaking it. Cover I purchased is 1st class! Highly recommend for Autistic children.

The product I received is ok. Not amazing, but it seems to be doing the job.

What is really shitty is the extra 30€ I had to spend on import duties. This is mentioned nowhere when checking out, you really need to start looking through the website to see it mentioned somewhere. They ship from China and must know very well everyone needs to pay import tax, so I find this very scammy behavior. At least inform your customers!

Did not fit I can not use it

I didn't test the product until now ,so I can't say anything about it. On the other end, I'm quite furious about the scam attitude of Armer-X not mentioning the amount of the import taxes you will have to pay. I had to pay almost 20% extra on what I bought without any clearly mention on the site of Armor-X... this is what I will call a kind of scam, because with the 20% extra the product is to expensive in my opinion and here are other and better alternatives exist.

The product is great. Import duties should be paid by the company. It cost me an additional $25. So for the overall cost- it wasn’t worth it. I probably won’t be ordering anything else in the future.

Excellent product, everything comes to my house well.

After $25 cost, $25 shipping and $25 import duty, I finally got my 'Rugged, Shockproof, Mountable Protective Case' for my Samsung Phone. I was very disappointed to discover it's only half a case (only covers the back and edges of the phone), there is NO SCREEN PROTECTION at all. I'm not even going to try returning it and pay them more $. Guess I'll be getting an Otterbox after all (not a fan of their big bulky case)

It is built very well. I like the handle in the back and the strap have buckles to be able to just un buckles to put around your neck. Also as a safety feature if the case got into something rotating the buckles would break instead of pull you into your it. The only reason I have it a 4 star is becausing the case does not match the picture as to the handle area in the back is fixed instead on being be to rotate.

Quality is low of the cases. I found scratches and stains at the lenses. Charging cap broken after first use. They send a cheaper replacement after complaint. Also at the replacement the charging cap detached at first use.

Ended up paying the tariff as an additional expense. It was € 19.75 for the cover and € 17.95 for shipping as stated, i got an additional expense of 29,20 €. It is stated under their Shipping policy but not in the check-out.

Good service

Additional import tax has to be paid which was not clear when buying the phones they were shipped from China and were not exempt from import tax. Almost doubled the price of the product. Better buy local!

I never got my package due to additional hidden fees.

If I could give zero I would. Terrible slow shipping, after 23 days I still haven't received it, nor have I received a tracking number that works, even after asking via chat 2 times. All their robot says is that it's in transit... Orders ship from Hong Kong.
