Tried to pay for parking as was redirected to this scam company which stole my credit card number and tried to charge me $19.99 for what I thought was parking. My bank handled it, but am now without my card for 2 weeks to be replaced.

Damn scammers
Damn scammers! The city of Indianapolis should not allow this scam on their parking machines. I got taken for almost $20 and then got online to see it is a recurring monthly charge for computer protection. I was using my damn phone. I put my parking number into the machine to pay for parking and pressed continue after putting in my parking space number. Pretty slick how they trick you. Because,of these bastards I had to cancel my credit card and now all my legitimate recurring charges with merchants such as my health insurance and Medicare are In jeopardy. I have to contact all of them. Bastards! PS: I’ll be contacting the city of Indianapolis to do everything I can to have them removed from municpal parking terminals.

Total scam. They got my CC info somewhere and signed me up for $9.95 a month recurring. I had to cancel the card, get a new one, call all the places I had the card saved at. What a bunch of tools.

I am also a victim of the scam I was paying to park my car to go to the emergency room because I was very ill. And to find out that my account was charged $19.95 for a monthly fee for membership. I never heard of this company needs to be stricken down from the Internet. This is ridiculous to take advantage of people like this, I had to end up, closing my card completely being re-issued a new card that takes days for me to get at least me stranded with no funds because of this ridiculous attack on people’s credit. These people that are in charge of this need to be put in jail I would love to press charges.

SCAM disguised to a service to engage you in a paid contract.
I was trying to schedule an Uber ride and this website disguised as Uber request process requested my card information and personal data then quickly said thank you for purchase. Luckily my card company already had background of scam concern and tactics to defraud on an unsolicited bogus service and have declined approval of payment. My concern is 1. They are still attempting as I’ve gotten several declined attempts 2. They posses my information and they are to no good . It’s a SCAM and a trick through technology.

Armorproshield is a scam
We also were a victim of Armorproshield. We bought bread at a unmanned roadside stand with a QR code and was charged 19.95 so we took our $20 worth of bread. Then in a week we were charged another 9.95 recurring charge. Both charges were from Armorproshield. We contacted the credit card company who reversed the charges. Total scam!! We tried to go back and pay cash for the bread but the roadside stand was gone.

Same as stated by others. Was trying to park for a ballgame and told I had to sign up through this service to pay for the parking. Never received parking and didn't realize that signing up triggered the $19.95 charge. Am talking to credit card company. Have not been able to get ahold of Armorproshield yet.

This company needs to be charged! I was tricked just like everyone else on here. This company used a parking app to swindle me out of my money. My intention was to pay for parking...I put in my email and created a password and clicked next...then put in my card info and clicked "next" to put in my vehicle info and the page just said "Thanks for your payment"....and just like that I was a sucker.
***Update***
I did contact their support team and was told they would cancel this (completely unsolicited) subscription and refund the payment they stole. It's now two weeks later and neither has been done AND they've somehow gotten another payment. I hope karma finds them.
My bank assures me this is being corrected.
