Recent fitting of 3 windows and a back…

Recent fitting of 3 windows and a back door was quite seamless, advice from surveyor (Rob) was really well received, and the team of fitters were tidy, courteous, and the whole experience from initial survey to completion via the fitting team was customer satisfaction centred, and the standards were high.

Excellent service again from Armour…

Excellent service again from Armour Windows with Flair Coventry, we have used their service for windows and doors in the past and have had good quality products and service from sales staff through to fitting staff. Based on past experience we have returned to the company for them to supply and fit new windows into our recently moved to property, again excellent service from our ordering through to supply and fitting. Thank you all again at Armour Window with Flair Coventry.

Bedroom window

The fitters arrived earlier than expected which wasn’t a problem. They wasted no time at all in getting on with the job. The bedroom was left tidy and the new window looked very good. I was very pleased.

Very friendly and efficient fitters

Very friendly and efficient fitters, left the area clean and tidy after completing the work as required. Perhaps the office should have contacted me to say they were delayed by an emergency hence 4stars.

I'm writing on behalf of my boyfriend…

I'm writing on behalf of my boyfriend someone came out Monday to change hinges on window he had to wait a month for this appointment that won't open this window are not even a year old the bloke bought the wrong size hinges said he would come back Wednesday today. he said to call him which my boyfriend did he said he would there at 1.00pm he never came my boyfriend called when he never came and he said he would be at my boyfriends house by 4.30 pm he never came this is the service you get when you spent thousands on new windows they even told my boyfriend he needed windows that open at the bottom of the window incase of a fire so it's ironic that there not fixing them so if there was a fire well he was asleep he couldn't get out this is very bad service and I will call trading standards this could cost a life ironic they preach health and safety when they want to make a sale but after the sale health and safety does not seem to be a priority. Armour windows Coventry.

What "brilliant generous kind service…

What "brilliant generous kind service we received today!" And I can honestly say that has been every time we have used them over the last 5 years.
Guys 'that' service is what brings people back kindness politeness and good service thank you!

I used this company for my new windows…

I used this company for my new windows and doors they we’re professional reasonably priced and left my house clean and tidy, I must admit some of the reviews are not the best but after my experience I would suggest they are either fake or just very very fussy people!

I’ll definitely be using again and recommending to anyone !

Installed 2 bay windows
Installers made too many mistakes
When installing the glass, they broke one of them
Waited 6 days to replace the new glass (they said 2 days)
Under the window sill, bricks stick out from the load-bearing wall on one side
They cut the window sill too much - there was a gap between the wall from the outside
The windows are good, but they were installed unprofessionally.

If I could give 0 star I would!

I WISH I WAS ASKING AROUND ON FACEBOOK GROUPS LIKE COVENTRY NOTICE BOARD BEFORE ORDERING THE WINDOWS! I would definitely choose someone else!

Someone came from the Warwick Shop to give us a quote. He quoted A+++ windows. When I’ve asked for the BFRC report it turned out to be A+ rated.

I think the installation of our 8 windows started on the 15th of May.

After 3 inspections/repairs with 2 senior manager on site and almost 4 months later we still have:

- damaged window frames
- crumbling horns (mortar) after 3 repair attempts.
- expanding foam stains on at least two windows.
-at least one window not level, possibly more
- white mark on grey window/frame
- Damaged frames at least 4 I believe
- a window bowing in the middle and the handles touching the frame.
- a palm size hole on the wall where the plaster came off was filled with what it looks like silicone! (Is this good practice?)
- at least one window hinge scratching/touching the plastic
- trickle vent keeps popping off
- in my opinion short bead
- beads were repaired with filler-glue.
- inadequate expanding foam were used on at least one window, probably two may be more. We requested and were assured multiple times including before ordering the windows and during the installation that the windows be fully foamed around during installation. Then when we started the bathroom renovation the daylight came through the gap between the window frame and the wall. Where is the expanding foam then?

Also we had:
- we had almost every window marked during the installation
- a window was installed approx 20mm closer to the face of the brick one side than the other side (see picture)
- mortar was cracked under the window sills after multiple repairs
- damaged rubber seal
Window installed on loose brick/block (Is it good practice?)
- bricks become loose during installation of a window
- the installer insulted my wife and accused us multiple times.
- beads with extensive rubber

Try to disagree with one of the senior manager and probably puts down the phone on you like did it with me. The call was recorded.

If I was knowing what I know now I wouldn’t pay a penny until the windows are spotless and installed correctly/as agreed.

I was told other customer was taken to court by Armour Windows with Flair and won the case because of poor workmanship!!!

I would not wish this extremely stressful experience to my worst enemy!

It’s your hard earned money! I recommend to watch the White Gold Series before placing any order.

Also recording every call can be very handy for future reference!
