Very prompt in responding to emails. Great quality and extremely beautiful dresses. Overall such a great company and cannot wait til the Medieval Themed Wedding this dress was purchased for in April it is perfect!

I bought the Red riding hood coat, Chess queen dress and the "Forget me not" fantasy cloak, and everything fits me perfectly, with very good quality materials and excellent work! I am also very pleased with how soon they replied all my questions, with helpful and kind answears. It was no problem to change some details on the clothes when I asked them to. The clothes were shipped sooner then expected, and arrived in perfect condition. These wonderful clothes makes me feel like I live in a fairytale :) I love Armstreet! <3

My apron dress and underdress arrived today. They fit perfectly, are very well made, and are very pretty. I am pleased with your work, the materials used, and the thoughtful packaging. I plan to order more things in the Spring, and would highly recommend this maker to my friends. Thank you!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Three stars. My maid of honor is a larger woman. She contacted ArmStreet early on to see if they could accommodate her size, and was told that a custom gown would be no problem. Later she asked about a specific dress, the Archeress. ArmStreet told her she’d be fine as long as her bust was under X amount, which it was. Once I was certain my friend would be able to get a dress that matched the rest of what we’d picked, I submitted our order. Then “Anna” from customer service contacted me/us, and the fat-shaming began. My best friend was humiliated, and boy, was I ticked off. My friend had done so much work ahead of time to avoid this; moreover, the fat-shaming was entirely unnecessary and unprofessional.

“Anna”, my friend, and I exchanged emails back and forth for some time, and while there was some back-pedaling on the part of the “service” agent, it was not a pleasant experience. Another gown – White Swan – was suggested as an alternative, which was both good and bad. My friend loved it, but hadn't been sure she’d be able to do in a color other than white; besides that, she’d set her heart on the Archeress.

Between 40 and 60 emails were exchanged in total, and in that time, there arose two other complications: 1) I’d tried to order in April for the October wedding to ensure that my women had ~6 weeks after delivery to get alterations done (if necessary). We were getting too close to that 6-week deadline, and I found out that not only were the dresses not shipped, they hadn’t even been made yet! “Anna” had put the entire order on hold while we resolved the maid-of-honor’s dress issue! 2) I’d ordered Greensleeves for myself, in the less expensive linen, but was being charged the full wool price. That issue was resolved once I showed them the math, thankfully, and was a small enough hurdle.

At that time, a new customer service agent (presumably a superior) “Alyona” was involved. Immediately the whole debacle began to get resolved. The majority of the order was made and shipped (expedited, and free of extra charge) to me; my friend’s dress situation was resolved; apologies were made, and her White Swan dress in midnight blue was shipped to her – express – to ensure it arrived before the wedding.

Had “Alyona” been the only person we worked with, we would unreservedly give Customer Service a 5-star review. It’s not that we expect there to be no problems whatsoever. It’s the way the problems are handled that determine our review. “Alyona” was courteous, and prompt in all her correspondence, and got everything fixed. But “Anna’s” mistakes and inability to fix things took their toll on the overall experience.

PRODUCT: 4.5-star reviews from everyone in the wedding. Every dress was made exactly to order, and fit like a dream. We’d asked to have the gowns shortened the smallest amount from standard so no one would trip, and the lengths were perfect. No one needed anything in the way of alterations, and everything was comfortable (to the surprise of some friends, who’d expected a stiff or awkward feel).

The only reason I’m not submitting a perfect 5 for the product is because: 1) When I washed the Greensleeves overdress (inside out to protect the beading and on delicate with warm-cool water as per ArmStreet’s suggestions for the care of all other dresses), some of the beading around the neckline broke off. It shouldn’t be too hard to find matching gold tube beads and sew them back on, theoretically, but I doubt it will ever get done; I’m not good with a needle. 2) The thick, lumpy seam on the inside of the heel/ankle of the shoe rubbed blisters into my feet within moments. I wrapped my feet in Band-Aids for the ceremony and still had to take them off for the reception. I think the shoe was built based on the “standard size” (4) they asked for in addition to custom measurements. My “standard size” was either a 4 or a 10, depending on which part of my foot is being considered. They were definitely too narrow. But the seam’s thickness and location seem to be a design flaw.

i ordered a sword and it arrived damage . i have had nothing but trouble trying to get my money back from them . i do not recommend

Ordered a custom tunic and overcoat, after a few weeks of back and forth (I had MANY questions) Customer service was outstanding and very friendly/patient will all my questions.

It took a little while to get my products but international shipping always does, it was well worth the wait.

The outfit looks amazing and is comfortable, the materials used and the stitching are excellent quality, couldn't be more pleased.

I want to especially mention their customer service. Their representatives are helpful, kind and they provide a service that goes above and beyond what you would expect. Truly outstanding service.

It has honestly been a great pleasure ordering from this company. The communication was prompt and courteous. The workmanship level of the black smith was phenomenal. I had a few changes i wanted made to the armour and clothing, its was done exactly as i wanted and to a great quality.
Spot on with measurements too.

Amazing quality! Great and incredibly sweet customer support. Ordered the "Princess in Exile" but got my size wrong and had to return the dress. Alyona was very helpful and understanding, especially since I was worried it won't come before the Norcal Renaissance fair. But it did! Thank you guys! And keep up the good work.

I ordered a basic pair of pants March 2018. I contacted Armstreet about six weeks after I ordered the pants to find out where the package was and they informed me that they had no tracking information after the item had left Ukraine. After some research I discovered that despite being addressed correctly, the item wasn't delivered due to Australia Post's incompetence. Armstreet got in touch with me when the package was returned to them and told me that regardless of it being no fault of my own, I would need to pay shipping again to send me the item because I didn't pay for their "International Shipping Protection". I think this is unacceptable.

I bought a simple bodice from them in March. I still have to receive it. Their customer support is unhelpful and bordering on delusional, calling sending a package off 2 months late "good news."

It is taking over 2 months for Armstreet to even ship my item which has now disappeared without a trace in spite of a tracking number. I thought was supposed to be a reliable company. I guess I was wrong. More than 2 months for an item in stock to be sent is unacceptable. I receive most packages from Europe in 14 days.

Do not trust this company with your money.

Purchased a full armor suit from them. It arrived, broken, wrong sized and made incorrectly. It has been over 1.5 years and they still have not sent me the armor to replace what they sent me. They have made many excuses why they have not corrected the problem instead of sending me what I ordered.

Such amazing quality, so many beautiful designs.
They are easy to contact and very sweet to reply to any questions one may have.
