They are definitely a scam company we paid £4k as a deposit, we checked against companies house, checked the bank details against the company number all matched up, however once we paid the £4k deposit, we have not been able to get through to anyone, they are very convincing and sophisticated con artists AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Armstrong Prefab and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I paid over £1000 via bank transfer for prefab services that were agreed. After receiving the payment, communication became inconsistent and ultimately stopped altogether. I did not receive the service as promised, nor was any refund provided.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, but these were unsuccessful.

Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone considering this company avoids making upfront payments, especially via bank transfer, without proper safeguards in place.

I am currently pursuing this matter through my bank and the appropriate reporting channels.

Very frustrating experience.

Scam company avoid at all costs, we ordered a bespoke cabin, they appeared completely legitimate when speaking to them, be warned this is a very clever scam. Delivery day came and no cabin arrived, no response to calls, emails, WhatsApps. Then found reviews from others that had not come up on Facebook or Google before saying the same experience and to avoid. Taking deposit and not delivering what you have paid for! I also left a Google review and of course they have now removed their reviews.

I ordered the 17ft x 10ft Turnkey Garden room. I was told that it would be delivered on the 3rd April at 2pm. I was offered free upgrades of a bifold door and upvc window and separate upvc door for the storage area. They took £2450 deposit via a payment link which was emailed to me. I was told i would make the final payment 10 days after they had delivered the garden room. I've tried at least 3 telephone numbers and emailed the company without no response. They seem genuine when you speak to them, but they stop dealing with you soon as you get near to your delivery date. Do not purchase from this company. I am currently dealing with my Bank, Trading standards are also investigating them as people are coming forward and reporting them for non delivery of goods. I've also reported them to the Police in Manchester. I added a review google last week as they had 3 out 5 stars and when I but my negative review they were at 2.8 stars as others also responded to say they had been scammed. Conveniently they removed their business information from Google the same night. You can only find their web page and facebook account of their so called business. Do not trust them.
