Order had not been shipped with 4 weeks so I reached out to the company. Took a while to respond back but said that they were working on it. Finally got the shipping notification 2 weeks after that. When the order arrived, on of the shirts was not in the package, and there was no information about why it wasn’t. So I reached out to the company again. No response. So I opened up a PayPal claim. They responded to that rather quickly. They said I had to close the claim so that they could issue the refund. So I did. To this day, I have still never received a refund for the shirt I ordered that had apparently been out of stock. Really is a shame.

They just steal stock images, turn them black and white, turn up the contrast then add a weapon to the photo and claim it's their "new design".

The rabbit with a firearm one, just google "rabbit on hind legs" and you can find the exact stock image they used on the first page of the results.

Horrible!! They take your money, give you a shipping time frame of 8-10 days, then never even process your order. After a month of waiting and then ruining a Christmas present, I had to cancel my order. "Luckily" it still hadn't been processed, so at least the cancelation was easy. These people are scammers. Clearly I'm not the only one they've screwed over. They're also rated an "F" on the Better Business Bureau website, and for good reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Why do you continue to have sales and holiday deals when you fail to ship things from the last sale/holiday? Takes months to receive order.....

I’m really surprised by the bad reviews I’m seeing on here! I ordered the Show Me Your Pitties tank and it arrived within the timeframe. Lovely quality shirt, but the placement of the pitties was low. They’re boob-height on the t-shirts, as part of the joke, but because of the lower neckline on the tanks they’re well below my real boobs. I wrote to them to let them know that the placement seemed off. They offered to send a replacement but I said no need, as I had shortened the straps of the shirt to make them the right height (and I assumed it wasn’t a printing error but rather that they needed to redo the placement on the shirts). They sent a replacement anyway, and the placement is perfect! Not sure if my original shirt was faulty or if they changed the placement on all of them, but I couldn’t be happier with my new shirt.

Took over a month to get them to ship my order. Had to open a paypal dispute before they'd acknowledge it.

Got the products finally, very bad quality. They are not good screened images, they are basically iron on decals on a shirt. After 1 wash, they cracked and look like garbage.

I was so excited because i love the designs and believe in the cause but i'll never buy from here again. I can make my own shirts for less and better quality.

I am happy to buy from charitable organizations but I feel like this one is incredibly unprofessional and rather shady.

First of all they say that they are a small company and to allow 8-10 days to ship the item. I placed my order on July, 13/21 I waited over two weeks to inquire when they planned on shipping my order (Aug/6) and they gave me the whole "we are a small company and behind cause of covid" so I let it go.

They ended up shipping the item out on Aug/6, well over the time frame they disclosed and conveniently only after I contacted them to inquire. But the package did not arrive till Aug/19 and it was wrong.

I ordered two shirts, one Rambo and one Renegade but they sent me two Renegade tank tops in different colors.

Looking back on my receipt they do not even include the price on the receipt or order confirmation, so I had to go back to their website and take screen shots of the item with the price on it to send to PayPal.

Over all I found the entire process incredibly frustrating and time consuming. The items themselves are not exactly worth the price point either in my opinion, which works out to roughly $20 + cad for a flimsy little tank top.

Again I understand this is a charity but the way they are operating is just not up to par. Using the love for animals to rip people off, deliver incompetent service and pocket how much of the proceeds has changed my mind about wanting to help charities like this.

Save yourself the money and hassle, get your own printed t-shirts made which will be less $$ in the end and just donate to a reputable charity.

Ordered a shirt for birthday present. They promised arrival after a max of 12 business days (yesterday). No shirt. When I wrote, they sent me a bs answer. Did not tell me when it would arrive, just repeated the same Covid bs as they did when I was promised a max of ten to twelve business days.

Couldn't fault them, the quality of the t shirt is fantastic and I will be making further purchases.
It would be great if they could do more Hedgehog Rescue type t shirts and help to support Hedghog rescues in the UK.

Strange to read so many reviews describing how SLOOOOW the company is to fulfill and ship orders! Because they are pushing potential customers to BUY in an way that‘s invasive, and makes me think they are desperate for business.

I put several items in my shopping cart yesterday, then made the MISTAKE to authorize “Amazon Pay”. I did not finalize the order.

This must have given ATA access to my phone number: I received TWO text messages pushing me to finalize my purchase.

Strange for a company that pretends to be so backlogged that they can’t ship orders out for over a month, as everyone here is describing. Something is fishy.

Definitely not ordering from them, it’s a massive turn-off for a company to be this grossly pushy. Upon my inquiry “Maria” told me telling me that I did authorize this (yeah probably in the fine print of Amazon Pay T&C... still feels invasive)

I've ordered some Vintage Scoop Tees from those guys. It took one month to ship them + month to get them here in Russia. It was really slow. But then i got them... the tees are very beautiful. love them much. You can bought some too but only if you don't hurry too much.

I have written some bad reviews so please ignore them I wish to delete them and will if I can. I recieved the product after a lengthy wait. It appears my parcel got lost in the states. But I was credited , then I got both sets. Patience is required. The product is great quality and a good cause sorry ATA I am an impatient ass.

I have made several purchases with ATA and all have been smooth and prompt. The shirts I have bought are a very good quality. 💪

Ordered 3 tshirt took about 5 to 6 weeks got all 3 in 1 shipment. Customer service is nice. Buy product for a great cause. Couldnt be happier.

I wrote to them to ask what the deal is with all the bad reviews. Their site says they understand they’re behind and they’ve been busy but they’re getting things up and running again. I asked them if they’re so busy why aren’t they hiring more people? Doesn’t make sense. I haven’t ordered from them but haven’t received any contact back. I only reached out yesterday. Here’s the thing people...YOU CAN ISSUE A CHARGEBACK. If everyone did this, their business would be shut down. It’s illegal to take money and not provide the service or good—even if it’s the wrong item, even if it took an insane amount of time or longer than they promised and no one will communicate with you. They took your money and you have not or did not get what they led you to believe you would get. Call your credit card company or bank and tell them you want to file a chargeback to have your money refunded. They will absolutely refund it and then they will investigate. And all of the reasons everyone is complaining about here are absolutely legal reasons for issuing a chargeback. Reason codes vary by bank network, but they fall into four general categories (with the second being the most common among these reviews)

CLERICAL: Duplicate billing, incorrect amount billed, or refund never issued.
QUALITY: Consumer claims to have never received the goods as promised at the time of purchase.
TECHNICAL: Expired authorization, insufficient funds, or processing error.
FRAUD: Consumer claims they did not authorize the purchase or was a victim of identity theft.

It’s so easy to do. It takes minutes. And it will put them out of business if enough people to do it. I don’t care if they’re up to their eyeballs in business—you can’t take someone’s money and not provide the good or service advertised. Period. It’s illegal. And there IS something you can do about it—much more than just not ordering there again. People need to learn how to do good business. This is how they have to learn sometime. Don’t let people take your money for lousy or just plain fraudulent service. Even if they do eventually send their goods, their methods and poor service aligned with their prices is considered fraud. Fraud is simply knowingly promising one thing for money and giving another. They know...or they’d answer each and every email. If they can’t handle orders right now they need to stop taking them or go on a massive hiring spree. Sounds like they’re doing it in their apartment somewhere and it’s just not cutting it. Chargeback people. It will shut them down and they will be investigated. Oh, and you’ll get your money back. Win-win.

Very slow with shipping and customer service. I did eventually get my shirts after two months. The shirts were poor quality and bled in the wash. If you do somehow get your clothing, make sure to pre-wash them and separate by colour

Super disappointing experience from these guys. I purchased a shirt on Jan 6. On January 14 I requested a status update asking when my item would be shipped. No response. I sent another request January 18 asking the same. No response. Finally today I sent a request to cancel my purchase BECAUSE no one would give me a response. I get an email 30 minutes later saying my purchase has been cancelled. Had you just made an effort you would NOT have lost this sale lol. Mind boggling that they wouldn't have more appropriate customer service.

Up to last week, I truly thought I would be writing a 1-star review for Arm The Animals....

I placed an online order for 6 different items on November 21 (2 tanks, 2 T-shirts, 2 masks). They were destined to be Christmas gifts.

Beginning on December 22 I wrote ATA a series of emails outlining my disappointments and the incredulous idea that ATA considered over a month to deliver as acceptable. I suggested there's no way ATA should expect any repeat business if an order placed in November couldn't be delivered in time for Christmas.

Happy to say ATA eventually refunded my entire purchase, and "Natalie" at ATA sincerely apologized for the disappointing experience and upsetting my gift-giving plans; she was a pro. I was still majorly disappointed, but ATA, in the end, solved it the only way they could: full refund....and although they could have blamed the postal service, I think they recognized the unacceptable gap between the day I placed my order (NOV 21) and the day they shipped it according to the package tracker (DEC 9).
Lastly, the reasons I still give them 4 stars is:
A) The company has a great message. It's exceedingly easy to want to support them. I mean: Arm The Animals - it's just cool. Funny, yet serious.
B) A real person eventually responded to my complaint emails. She seemed genuinely sorry & sincere.
C) They did refund my purchase.
D) The stuff all finally arrived on January 12. Seriously. I just opened the package. Love it all.
E) I get to give gifts to friends in mid-January!

In the end, so long as the apparel survives a couple wears and washings, I would shop with ATA again.

My order took a month to arrive. The items were correct, although I think the sizing runs rather small. I did chase up the order and got a positive response. I think the designs are excellent.
