Everything is just so quick! My first order the refund was quick. On all orders I’ve been so impressed with the delivery service, I’d even go as far to say it is one of the best I’ve experienced and I shop daily! It is so quick and the updates are really handy. Another bonus was the discount code ontop of sale items, I will be back! Just wish the items were for me ha!

Although i did not get my order when i needed it the customer care team, Jack and Alyssa sorted things out and the feeling i take away is that the company cares, creating the right feeling for the customer when things go awry. Having been bought several items for my birthday off my partner at the end of may I really liked the quality and fit of Arnes products so having booked a last minute deal to turkey last Wednesday for 10 nights I looked through my wardrobe and realised that I needed quite a few nice outfits and a pair of formal trainers for meals out at night. I placed the order on Wednesday tea time for roughly £300 and had signed up for my own account so I received 10% discount. I got a notification off evri on the Thursday dinner time to say that the courier is running late but your order will be there by this evening so I presumed it would be ok by the Thursday evening it still hasn’t arrived so I began trying to get in touch with evri and Arne which was a complete waste of time as it was after hours I then got up on the Friday morning with four hours until the taxi came and started trying to get in touch and the only way I could speak to evri was by a live chat which I went back and fourth with them over the course of the morning which was a complete waste of time and now I’m in turkey with half my evening outfits missing and no clue where my parcels are. To make matters worse my partner only booked the holiday to take my mind off the heart failure diagnosis I had two days prior to placing the order.
I have had a reply from Arne as you can see and they have give me a £30 gift card which only just covers the 10% discount I should of got off my order in the first place so I haven’t actually received anything apart from being made to spend the discount I should of got at the time of placing the order back with Arne. I have been on holiday in turkey and will be until Monday and I have have had phone calls to my neighbour every morning and evening since I got here and there is no delivery from Arne and this is on top of the stress before we came and the fact I have no formal footwear to go for meals and 4 event outfits missing which has meant I’ve had to wash my clothes I did have so I could wear my evening wear twice and I think giving me £2.00 for all of the above is quite honestly insulting. The £2 .00 is what it ends up as I should have got £28 discount at time of order which is roughly 10% bit of a joke really

Excellent service and quality
I now probably have most of what Arne have to offer in my wardrobe I shop there so much. The quality of the jeans are lovely. I also love the long sleeve T-shirt they are gorgeous quality and go with everything. Just need you to bring a nude colour out. I wear them all year round. They was lovely and keep their shape. Best one around if your looking for one. The staff will do anything for you and are so friendly.
