Dårlig service og manglende vilje til at løse problemer
Pejsecenter Arnestedet i Vordingborg "har det meget travlt" og de reagerer sjældent på henvendelser. Mange af dem bliver direkte ignoreret.
Vi har haft pilleovn i 2 år og der har været problemer fra dag 1.
Vi er frustrerede og meget utilfredse.
Find hellere en anden forhandler/installatør, som kan sit kram og kan finde ud af at yde en god kundeservice!!!
