I ordered a garment with Arolita 5/11/22 the email looked suspicious.
A month later I inquired for dispatched/shipping notices.
They emailed saying order got lost in shipping and will dispatched in 2 weeks time. It is now 14th Jan 2023 and another email has come thru saying your order is missing via shipping..

This website is a SCAM!! SCAMMERS!!
Ladies please do not order from the website.

I ordered goods on 22nd August with the 5-12 day assured delievery premium. Still waiting, despite chasing up several times. Told only one flight a week "", keep teeling me withing two weeks. Cancelled ordered. They confirmed but still waiting for my refund.

No, no, no. I ordered a dress and received a dress. Trust me they were not the same!!! I wish I could show you what I ordered versus what I received. It’s a complete joke. I’ve requested a refund. Surprise, no response.

This company is a JOKE! The dresses I ordered literally are a piece of crap! They are not even dresses! I’m still thinking that I need to submerge them in water and they will magically convert into what they are advertising 😡

I bought a dress from Arolita, definitely a cheap knock off. Don't buy anything from a FB ad, the few stores that are legit are overshadowed by consumer traps like this one-

Scam. I bought from them, something actually arrived although awful quality, and when I asked to return for a refund I was told "the return shipping would be expensive and the refund wouldn't be full anyway so I might as well give them to a friend or family". And now their website is off.

For anyone who could find this helpful: one of their names is Arolita, another is Chandelily (which is what their support email comes from), on Paypal it came up as Starlink Technology Co., Limited and their website at the moment is showing a logo that says Piepoch.

Update: turns out, after searching their "return address" lots more scam company names come up so I'm gonna put it here too:

I received the wine Christmas top in the wrong size and the top was very inferior. Nowhere does it tell you how to return the item. Stay away from this scam.

This website is a scam.
I've read a couple of investigations of this website, and apparently it was only just registered in Aug. 2020.
I Google Image searched a couple of the dresses (the "Ladies' dresses with high neck and low waist, printed with long sleeves" and the "Ladies retro abstract mountain treetop print dress"), and they came up with the exact same pictures from different websites, but in white and beige. It is clear that their pictures have just been photoshopped.

A shame, since they really are gourgeous!

So glad I didn't waste my money here!
