Stupidly long despatch time, no fragrance and no communication!
Ordered on 17th December and the order was not despatched until 3rd Jan!! No reason or communication for this! Zero fragrance in the Baccarat Rouge and hardly any fragrance in the other items either. Seems the quality has declined.

Hi Caryn I’m sorry to see your 1* review.
In regards to dispatch times our last posting date was 16th December over the Christmas period which was stated on our website as we couldn’t guarantee Christmas delivery. We then started dispatching again on the 3rd January.
I’m also sorry to hear you feel the quality has declined in regards to our scents. We have not changed anything in the way we make our melts and we have not received any issues especially with out rouge scent.
If you send an email to info@aroma-luxe.co.uk we will look into this issue for you and will be happy to send out replacements.

I’m sorry to see your 1* review, during the Christmas period our last posting date was on the 16th December which was stated on our website, dispatch was then resumed on the 3rd Jan, I can see from your order it was dispatched on the 3rd and has been delivered, within our 2-4 working day time frame.

FAULTY GOODS AND BDING IGNORED. AVOID!
Wax burners arrived and lit them once and one of them cracked. Contacted them in relation to returning , they provided me with return address but when I asked about them refunding the postage to return them they are now ignoring me! Will never use again and advise others not to use them!!!!

I’ve tried a number of personal wax businesses to find the best for me, so far Aroma luxe is an obvious winner, super fast delivery (next day) well packaged the scents of the wax melts are strong and they smell beautiful and the scent lasts. Nice little free bag of sweets with my delivery was a lovely touch, I will definitely order from these again. Great value for money also, couldn’t find a fault anywhere.
