Horrible!

I usually don't do reviews but this has been horrible. I placed an order for over $400 of product including the safe shipment - which is a rip off in of itself. Bottles were not sealed and four of the six leaked all over. Reported shipping damage twice via their contact form and never received a reply. Did the live chat and was disconnect during one. It's a pain to get the replacement and wasn't notified I had send pictures until following up. I couldn't keep the shipping box as it was full of oil and smelled.
Poor service, misleading and highly disappointed. I have used before and never had issues other than one up-sell call back which was fine.
For them to send oils that weren't even sealed raises red flags and then the follow-up in resolving things is horrible.
This was a Christmas gift which was a huge letdown and couldn't be given.
I don't recommend unfortunately. And the safe shipment is a scam so save your money if you do order. Also the mystery item is a voucher that they said was emailed but it wasn't- not a product so also very misleading. And didn't get the voucher anyways. Save your money there too.

Just noticed the huge drop in review rating from last year. Very sad as it was a good company.

Samples are different from the actual perfume

Salesman told me no powdery note on any of their perfumes. I bought one and all I smell is a powdery note. The samples are different from the actual perfume they give you I tried to return within two weeks and they won’t accept returns stating they don’t accept if opened or used. I sprayed twice and clearly cannot stand the smell of it. Wasted money. Don’t buy! What a scam!

Terrible customer service/Oils are very over priced

Oils are over priced and you have to use their oil cartridges. Customers service is terrible and when you order the sales people are very pushy as in they will call you twice and text you and push you to upgrade your product and sign you up for a subscription.

Definitely look at other options. Very disappointed in this company.

This is the most dishonest company …

This is the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. Did not know i was getting into a 4 year contract for their oils, even though I outright bought the diffusers. I cannot afford it anymore due to all these layoffs and I am disabled. They told me if I didn't pay they would put it on my ctrdit report and that I can't get out of my contract until April 2027. I told them you can't get blood from a turnip and told them to do what they needed to do. I will not pay one more scent.

Horrible | Didn't even last 1 month!

This dang machine won't even scent the mini one the big one is great but the mini wouldn't even work oil left all over my desk and when I opened the bottle it spilled all over me. if you guys cannot make an absolute good product and not a scam telling me to call y'all when you should've called me cause of your problems. Y'all are literally trash instead of trying to get money for a 1 time use thing make an actual product that works and you'll get better money, y'all literally run from employment don't consider this a job.

This company is a disgrace

On or around July 22, 2025 I ordered a car fragrance and diffuser. About ten minutes later I was contacted by their “concierge” service. Really, this was just a scam call to sell you into a bunch of junk you don’t want. I was told that in return for a fragrance subscription I would receive a “free diffuser”. This company ran my credit and has me on the hook for $4000 “free diffuser”. I wasn’t told about the cost of the diffuser or made aware that I was signing a contract for over $4000. They simply said it was part of “protocol” for the subscription. After getting the product I realize that the smells made everyone in my house sick. Therefore, I made an attempt to cancel my subscription before their 30 day period and wasn’t contacted by anyone until AFTER it had been 30 days and was then told I was past the period in order to stop the subscription and return the “free diffuser”. Not only do I pay for the fragrance oils every month, but I am also paying for the “free diffuser” monthly. I have made several attempts to contact them through multiple channels. Including the “concierge” service. No one has contacted me back. After some research, I have seen so many people in the same sticky process with this company with no resolution. I think this company needs to be investigated for deceiving and predatory business practices. I simply want the subscription and the diffuser to go away. I never signed up to PAY for a diffuser, I was told it was free. I tried to cancel the subscription but was told I couldn’t. I have tried to contact people and no one seems to care about the issue.

I have sent email after email. I have reported to the BBB and to the Florida Attorney General's office. Not surprisingly they aren't supported by BBB. I feel so awful! All I wanted was a car diffuser and was scammed into so much more. I'm not even sure how to handle it at this point.

Scammers!!

Scammers!!! Do Not Purchase!! I wanted to return my unopened products and cancel my subscription. THEY DO NOT EXIST AFTER PURCHASE!! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they provided a refund and will deny any attempts of the monthly subscription; within 5 days!! Hope this is helpful!

Tried cancelling a monthly subscription I never made and when I first fell for this (3 emails earlier and over a month) I order 2 defusers which cost a lot of money and have never arrived. Do not use this site. Obviously only take money but never give customer service.

The devices work great until they…

The devices work great until they don’t. They break down quickly and the replacement if you are lucky enough to be within the warranty, takes an act of god to complete. You will spend hours on the phone. The oil subscription is their way of locking you into a commitment with them and no way out. Don’t subscribe, you will regret it.

This is officially the worst PREDATORY COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD…

This is officially the worst customer service experience of my life. Aroma360 is not a luxury fragrance company; it is a subscription trap designed to hold your wallet hostage.

Here is the nightmare you are signing up for:

The Website is a Trap: You cannot manage your own account. You want to cancel? You want to pause? You want to change your scent? You can’t. The website is literally designed to prevent you from making meaningful changes.

Forced Phone Calls: To do anything, you are forced to call an 800 number with laughably limited hours.

The Hold Times: Be prepared to waste your life. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes just to speak to a human.

High-Pressure Sales: Once you finally get someone on the line, they don’t help you. They argue with you. They used aggressive, high-pressure tactics to try and upsell me on more expensive systems when I was just trying to manage the one I have.

It feels like a scam. They make it easy to buy and impossible to leave. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Awful is too polite

I would not touch this company for anything. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchase. I don't think this company will last it is so bad. There are better options which are better value, better customer service, scents are nice and actually fills the room. If you think I am exaggerating, you will find out If you dare to buy this rubbish.

Scam Scam Scam

Scam Scam Scam. First, the $15 mystery gift is not a gift sent with your order. Very misleading to the point of being criminal. You are buying a voucher not a mystery gift. When I called to enquirer about a refund they said it was not refundable and directed me to the page that says so. There is nothing at time of check out that says it not being refundable OR that you are buying a voucher. SOOO I tried to use the voucher on line and it's not good for "machines" as the phone specialist in Miami said. So basically they steal your money and refuse to refund you and hide the details of what you can and can't do with it.
Second....DONT buy the subscription. The fine print on that is all lawyer loop hole wording. You are hooked for a while with purchasing a subscription. I cancelled my card associated with my subscription and they will not get anymore of my money.....period. Why do you need a scam if your product is so great??? GREED!!!
All I wanted was a refund of the $15 I paid for the mystery gift. That's all. So now every review site I can find will get this review.

Warning!!!!!!

Warning!!!!!!! These diffusers are garbage!!! Don't waste your money! I've had two and they stop working after about 3 months. And not to mention this company locks you in on the scent pods, refuses to cancel your subscription, their website does not allow you to remove your credit card or cancel your subscription. I've been trying to cancel my stupid subscription for 6 months now because both my diffusers quit working

Don’t do it

While the in-store staff are polite, the subscription program has been consistently unreliable. I have not received a single order on time, and I’ve had to visit the store repeatedly to track down missing scents—completely defeating the purpose of the program.

I attempted to cancel due to the company’s failure to fulfill its obligations, yet my request was denied. The VIP Concierge team is extremely difficult to reach, and when I do speak with someone, the focus is on offering free candles to retain my business rather than resolving the ongoing issues.

At this point, the service has become more of an inconvenience than a benefit, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will now be escalating this matter to ensure the cancellation of this service, as no other reasonable option has been provided

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM SCAM

BUYER BEWARE!! This company is setup as a SCAM. This is the worst company and product I have ever experienced. I ordered a mini pro diffuser and oil subscription. I installed the diffuser and used one of the oils, but the diffuser is defective. They told me they will NOT reimburse for the oil because it is opened. How in the He** was I going to know the diffuser is defective if I did not use one of the oils. Although the diffuser is defective, they will not provide me a full reimbursement, so they are keeping $54 dollars of my money. They stole $54 from me!!

I am so disappointed in the service…

I am so disappointed in the service from aroma 360. After paying over $7000 on a subscription, I have had issue after the issue with delivery of , quality and very poor customer service. Everyone was very attentive when I signed up for concierge now they talk me off the phone and my issues are not resolved. I’m still missing one bottle of oil from my October delivery, and the oil I ordered was out of stock. No one informed me, it simply wasn’t sent. Today I received oil for my mini pro and the cap is unscrewed half the oil is missing even though the seal is intact. I cannot believe the poor quality of shipping and checking before sending items out. I would not recommend this service and I regret subscribing.

If I could give negative stars I I would. The Customer Service from this company is horrific. Their Concierge Team lies to you on a regular basis just to get you off the phone and they do not come through with what they promise. They do not care about their customers or their customers needs.
